I normally switch up who I see, but I have had great experiences with everyone I have come into contact with! This place is clean and has an upscale feel to it! I normally get highlights and a cut. My skin was so soft afterwards and felt great. Then a couple of days before my fiancé and I decided to get spray tans and again Hope did an amazing job- the color was perfect for both of us! We wouldn't have added those on if we didn't trust everyone there already. However the big day is what made the experience the best. They have a BEAUTIFUL area to sit in while everyone is getting their hair and makeup done- couches, chairs and tables- so you can all be together. We could bring in our coffees and ordered in lunch. Sarah and Herendy did an AMAZING job on our makeup. Herendy did my 11yr old's makeup and she didn't want to take it off she loved it so much. On top of all of that a few of us decided to impulsively get permanent jewelry that morning and Hope squeezed us in. I called today to make an appointment and was placed on hold for 5 minutes and then hung up on. I called back and placed on hold again...5 minutes and I was hung up on AGAIN. I am officially done and over that place! Customer service is hit or miss there. Their products aren't any cheaper than going to Macy's and buying them. They are more convenient, but the fact that they can't get their act together makes that irrelevant.

Taylor came to my home for a trial and she was warm, kind, and lovely. I am a tomboy when it comes to makeup and I didn't have the vocabulary to express what I wanted done differently. I arranged a follow up call with Maggie and she took the time to talk through makeup vocabulary and helped me find the right words for the look I was seeking. She took notes and photos throughout the trail, which she came prepared with on my big days. On the day of my trial, she noticed that my eyes were watering (I have dry eyes). She suggested that we try putting some eye drops. To my surprise, my eyes stopped watering. Marwa remembered to bring the eye drops on both my wedding and reception day. The looks she created for me on the days of my wedding and reception were even more incredible than the trial. She is able to work with brides from different ethnicities, producing great results for all skin types and colours. She is very helpful as well. I lost the back of my one of my earrings just as I was about to leave for my reception. Marwa was very sweet to let me use the backs of one of her earrings.
