Sitting in the dentist chair gives me a lot of anxiety, but since becoming a patient at Horsham Dental Care, my experience has been completely different. Over the past year I've worked with several hygienists and technicians, and I recently needed to have three dental crowns, which was more dental work than I've ever had in my life. My anxiety was definitely elevated going into it, but the team made the entire experience much easier than I expected. From the moment you walk in, the entire staff -- reception, hygienists, technicians, and dentists -- are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Just as importantly, they are absolute experts at what they do. They take the time to make sure you are comfortable and are very skilled at minimizing discomfort, which makes a huge difference for someone like me who has dental anxiety. After the initial crown work I did have a temporary crown come off and my tooth was exposed. The office got me in quickly and replaced it right away, which was extremely important. The dentist made sure the new temporary was secure so I could eat normally and comfortably until the permanent crown was ready. That level of responsiveness meant a lot to me. I'm also very impressed with the advanced technology and imaging they use. The scans allow you to instantly see what's going on with your teeth, which removes the guesswork and helps you make informed decisions about your care. One other thing that has really stood out to me is their focus on patient education. I was never very good at flossing -- honestly, I think it's because I was never properly shown how important it was or how to do it effectively. Because of the education and encouragement I received at Horsham Dental Care, I now floss consistently twice a day. The results have been amazing. When I went for my second cleaning, it was obvious to the hygienist that I had been flossing, and my cleaning was noticeably easier and much less uncomfortable. Go figure... it only took 57 years to finally get it right! If you are looking for a dentist in the Horsham area, especially if you are someone who gets nervous about dental work, I highly recommend Horsham Dental Care. Their professionalism, technology, education, and compassionate approach truly make the experience as comfortable and stress-free as possible.

I have gone to them many times for routine check ups, cleanings, and some moderate to major work, and I have not had to pay a dime. I usually get Dr Lala and she is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. For more serious work, they will tell you different options, and help you decide what is best for you with no pressure. If you're military, HDC is one of the best options in the area.

You are greeted politely on arrival , and seated in a comfortable waiting room as your information is prepared for the doctor. You are then led to a very clean and comfortable treatment room. The care from Dr. Patel is absolutely first class, the exam, the treatment are very gentle and thorough , discussing your condition and treatment options in easy to understand detail, they do not rush you through in this office. I have several phone messages, which I have had my insurance company, and a lawyer hear, from Melissa, saying they received my denture back from the lab and to come on in. I kept asking for Patel to call me before I did, but he never did. So, I went in to get my denture ( which my insurance paid for) they refused to hand it over. So, now the company is being sued, and will be so happy to see them in court!

After an online search of local dentists, I conceded to take my wife's suggestion to use Sattler Family Dentistry. I took that leap of faith and my dental health and experience are the better for it. My first point of contact was with the courteous and welcoming office staff who pointed me to an online dental history questionnaire that helped to streamline my initial visit. I then met with Chris who took a comprehensive set of X-rays, probed my mouth extensively, and in conjunction with Dr. Bui, came up with a stepwise scheduled dental plan to correct all concerns found. Chris recommended that I undergo a scaling and root planing process which I was previously unfamiliar with. She took all the time necessary to explain her rationale, what the procedure entailed, and answered all of my questions with patience and implicit expertise. She even conceded that I could go anywhere else I felt comfortable going to but by this point I knew I was coming back to Sattler. I was then introduced to the very cordial Dr. Bui who discussed the plan with me and further allayed concerns. He put a face on the modern techniques that this office would be employing. Chris came across as an extraordinary hygienist and periodontal provider with a sincere concern for her patient's wellbeing. Next, the very professional office staff mapped out my plan, interfaced with my insurance company, and laid out my out of pocket and covered costs. Two appointments were made for the scaling and root planing process. Being somewhat dental phobic, I was concerned about any extended pain but I was pleasantly impressed that I felt no discomfort during the procedure, which involved significant digging, nor did I experience any pain once the anesthetic wore off. Likewise for the second visit to complete this phase of treatment.. I still have a few more appointments to address the dental plan originally prescribed, and actually look forward to them. To date, I can say that this is an excellent dental and periodontal practice that I am glad to have discovered. From the office staff to the dental providers, this is a well-run practice that instills confidence and assurance in what they do.

I have been a patient in this office for quite a few years. Back in 2023 the dentist there said I…read moreneeded to replace an old crown, which I had done there. I had cleaning every 6 months or a yearly, I had X-rays when they said I was due. No one said I had a cavity or any issue with my teeth. In 2026 I was there for a routine cleaning and when the dentist came in, he said I needed to replace that same crown. I asked him why? it's not that old? He said it's not fitting correctly. I called the office and asked them to send me the x-rays. I told her my problem and she suggested I have a consultation with the owner, which I did a couple days later after that cleaning. He said I have a cavity under that crown. I asked why didn't your dentist tell me that, I was just here a couple days ago. He said he will talk to him. I question if I have a cavity there, I really do! The office called me and said the the owner would discount a price of a new crown and charge $420. He did not take responsibility that the crown was not put in properly in 2023. It was nothing I did or didn't do. When I got home I spoke to my husband, who is a retired dentist, he looked at the x-rays and said if I have a cavity there it is likely due to the open margin of the crown. He said it was not seated correctly. My insurance will not pay for a crown that is 3 years old. I would not go back to that office now even he said he will replace it at no charge. One doc said nothing about a cavity, two days later another doc said I have a cavity!! I lost my trust in them. I rather pay elsewhere and have it done correctly. They lost me and my uncle as patients.

There are plenty of new dentist facility. The plus to my short experience was dentist " had good bedside manner" and dental hygenist but prefer someone more experience. And didn't offer any monthly treatment plan and I think the only office which doesn't offer in office payment plans ( as many do with extensive dental treatment) not talking about 3rd parties like care credit. I would recommend anyone needing treatment going elsewhere again too many dentists every area in state.
