I came to get a fast flu test (because, as I told the front desk:) my daughter just tested + & I just started getting symptoms so I wanted to start Tamiflu right away (since you have to start it within the first 3 days of symptoms). I waited. I then got improperly swabbed (she took 2 seconds in one nostril and barely touched the wall of my nose). I mentioned my concern at this and she dismissed me. I then waited in a room for a doctor, for awhile. Staring at the dingy cabinets and trying not to touch anything. (It was pretty gross in there - see picture). As I waited, I could hear them laughing and carrying on and on in the hall. I waited some more. I finally got fed up and went to go express my concern with the swab test and maybe get another one done (which was the whole point of me being there). Again I was dismissed. I asked if the results were back from the first one yet and she said no it will take 3 to 5 days. I was stunned. I *again* explained why I was there, a doctor finally appeared and kept interrupting me and not listening - telling me I could just get a covid rapid test at the pharmacy. AGAIN I explained my need to test quickly for flu. She flatly told me "oh, well we don't do rapid flu tests" - Well THAT would've been helpful to know an hour ago when I first got there (right when they opened I should mention). I just turned and walked out. They wasted so much of my time, I'm $35 down for no reason, and I still won't know if I have the flu in time to get started on medication to shorten it. Annoyed is an understatement. You are much better off waiting for your primary care doctor, going to ER, or finding a better urgent care. You've been warned.

When the man handling the call came back online he immediately wanted to know my ID number. (My ID number?) "What ID number?, I asked. "You're insurance ID number," I was told. Hospice itself is an amazing tool to help keep the person you love comfortable during their…read moretransition to end of life. However, it's the staff at caring Hospice that sets it apart. At no point did I feel unsupported. They cared for my grandmother like their own, but also made sure I felt supported and my children had coping resources for our loss. I need to especially point out the care of our CNA, who transitive into our home and grams care take so gracefully and organically is hard to believe she wasn't here all along. The social worker, RN and pastor who openly listened to my concerns and addressed them individually and with "CARE". At one of the worst parts of my life, I also felt cared for. Thank you for helping my loved one transition with kindness, dignity and respect.

My journey with Caring Hospice started in early June of 2025. my father was pleasantly confused and…read morehad Cancer. Everything was good at first but quickly turned bad on June 29, 2025. My father was on their service and in a Skilled Nursing Facility. He experienced an injury at around 4am which was believed to be a fall with a possible right hip Fracture. I was not called til after 11am by the nurse on weekend call, who was also the program Director Michele Zahumensky. She sounded that she was either experiencing a medical emergency or was highly intoxicated. She was slurring her speech. Later in conversation she stated she would order pain management, a mobile X-Ray, and would not be going to see him then stated "I am now going back to sitting on my deck and finishing this bottle of wine." At around 3pm I received another call for another nurse from Caring. She stated that she was going to do a visit with my father since Michele had not gone to see my father or put any orders in or seen him. Within 30 minutes I got a call back from this nurse stating she found my father in pain with deformity to his right leg. She asked to send him to Emergency Room for x-ray and pain management due to the deformity and my father was asking to go to the hospital. Once at hospital it was found he did have a hip fx. He was admitted to hospital for a week to manage pain. Once discharged from hospital my father had declined to point he was not conscious and did not know when people were there to see him. My father passed away July of 2025. When he passed all I got was a voicemail from caring hospice stating "your dad ceased to breath." They then just hung up. That is very ignorant and unprofessional if you ask me. I feel the delay in my father being seen the day of injury played a part in his decline. I also feel that a manager who accepts to be on call should not be drinking alcohol during their on call shift. When I spoke to my fathers nurse and expressed my concern with Michele's actions, she agreed that he drinking hindered he ability to manage and care for patients. I reached out to Michele's direct boss a Randy (sorry can not remember his last name) and also the owner of the company with no return phone calls. I feel now they approve of this behavior. I would not recommend or use this company again.

I have started perhaps six or seven surveys yet only completed one for ten bucks. This last survey was related to something I was just recently in hospital for and it said I don't qualify. I think they are lying about the time the survey will take (they may say thirty minutes but the questions they ask only add up to ten or fifteen minutes) getting the info they need from you and then saying you don't qualify. Do not bother. Not worth it. Scam. Somehow this company has mixed reviews but it should have all poor. I won't even bother getting the ten bucks into my bank account because I don't trust them with my financial information.

I had a physical done here. You have no way of accessing your results yourself. They do not email…read morethem, or have an online portal. You can only get them from someone on the medical staff calling you with them. When the representative called they said all the results were good/normal. When I pressed about the blood sugar results it turns out I was actually in prediabetic range. I'm not sure how this could be considered normal or "good". Also, I would have never had known this had I not specifically asked to have the exact number. My doctor, while there, also made sexist comments about my name. Also while there during my visit, certain results from tests that did not need to be sent off had been thrown away. My doctor literally retrieved documents from a trashcan to consult me on.

I don't excel at the art of the long term relationship (except for my husband, of course!). In fact, I have been referred to as a "fickle pickle" on more than one occasion. 2. I'm kinda picky, especially when it comes to any situation where someone may have to touch any body part of mine. 3. Especially in these times of managed care, you don't really get to know your doctor - and for me, bedside manner is just as important as the origin of the diploma hanging on the wall. Dr. Silver is exceptional - no ifs, ands or buts about it. If you need an appointment, his wonderful staff will find a way to get you in. If you call the Doctor, he'll call you back quickly, even if it means he has to stay late to do so. I've never felt like he was rushing me out during an appointment, and he is friendly, smart and has an awesome sense of humor (a good thing when you're not feeling so hot). My husband goes here and he was the first doctor to see my daughter after she was born. I trust him - and I don't throw that word around lightly. He's affiliated with Abington Hospital, which is the only hospital I would ever return to voluntarily (the food's not that bad there - honestly!) Dr. Silver is so great that it's almost a shame that I'm as healthy as I am, because I only see him a couple of times a year lately...wait...is that a sniffle coming on???
