This time, I had two chips in my tub in SF and thought I'd give it a try myself. I bought a kit from Amazon myself and tested the color matching with the epoxy resin and thought I had it really close! I spread the stuff into the chips and let it dry for a couple days. Then I sanded it down so it was smooth - that's when I saw that the color was transparent. I tried painting it with a tub spray paint but it was way whiter than the surround. I knew I had to call Daniel to come correct my work. He's super busy (because he's so good!) but luckily he had time on a Sunday to come help me out! An hour later, my tub looks like nothing happened to it - perfectly color matched! Daniel truly is a Godsend! If you need chips repaired in your tub, don't hesitate to call Daniel. Noe and Maria arrived on time and did a beautiful job on the shower regrout and Noe even accommodated some last minute requests to add caulking in the kitchen and quarter round. Unfortunately, we had different ideas about what grout 'touch-ups' meant for the floors - I wanted a few spots regrouted to match the rest of the flooring's grout color - but it really lacked a professional touch and didn't look good at all. I did invite Noe to come back to redo it, and it still did not meet the professional standard I paid for. I would have appreciated more thorough communication from the start to make sure I was getting what I needed. To be honest, this was not the cheapest quote I got but paid more because of the great reviews. I would be happy to change my review to 5 stars if the team wants to come back for a full regrout on the floors, but I'm not planning to pay any more than I already have. My home is 1700 square feet, very clean and fully remodeled, and the maids work totaled 2.5 hours. He claims the clean cost him $1000 -- that is an astronomical amount for a clean of that size. Claiming that he tried to run the card is complete nonsense. We have only one card, with very high limits on our card and don't carry a monthly balance, so there wouldn't ever be a decline. My husband never called him with another card number -- that is also a lie. I am filing a BBB claim now to help protect consumers from this type of bad business practice. Buyer beware of this very sketchy business.

He and his team (Pedro and Jesus) were responsive to questions, punctual, and extremely hard working. I like their electronic scheduling system as you know who is coming and when. They took care to keep other areas of the house and deck covered and I didn't have to do much clean up after they were finished which I really appreciated. The people Israel brought to put in the countertops were excellent. I was going to have Granite Expo do it at first because the price was a little less but 100% happy I changed my mind because I know the install would not have been done as well. Not only does our finished kitchen look great, it was one of the least painful experiences with a contractor we have had to date. So much in fact, we are having Israel and team do the bathroom next.
