We had a terrible experience with NorCal carpet cleaning. Our wool berber carpet was in excellent, like new condition except for a black mark on the carpet we wanted spot cleaned. We hired Norcal asking for steam cleaning of the mark. When Mario was done, the carpet had completely disintegrated had white streaks all over it, as if he had used a harsh chemical. 5 star quality! I found Zack on Yelp and I'm sure glad I went with his services. We had a faux Persian rug that needed some help in the cleaning department. The rug is actually over 13 years old and had been cleaned once. Zack took my baby to his shop and literally came back with a brand new rug. The colors are vibrant and beautiful.
