I'm a type two diabetic and they were able to help check me for eye issues for that. I think the whole situation probably only took about 45 minutes. The only thing I can say bad about them is that the intake form that I filled out online wasn't necessarily working well when it came to taking my insurance card. But other than that, the staff was wonderful and the whole overall look of the office was nice and immaculate.

It is much too late to sort this out. My husband had an eye problem and gave our vision insurance and medical insurance. Last summer we showed a $0 balance. 20 months later? When I arrived at this place, I was greeted by someone, checked-in by another person, insurance was handled by a third person, then someone walked me to go sit down in the waiting area. I was then greeted by another person - presumably a nurse - to perform the pre-exam in one room, then escorted to another room to be examined by Dr. Rupnow. With the push of a button, she summoned yet another person to have me look at frames, only to be escorted back to the exam room for a follow-up. Afterward, a final person scheduled me to come back in a few days. A different person did a follow-up call several days later, and then I picked up my contacts from yet another person who I had never seen before! The only thing missing from the exam was a marshal to announce my presence whenever I was escorted into a new room, which would have been really, really cool. "His Excellency, The Lord Wang!" So, yeah, that's the closest I'll ever come to being a Baron or something. In my experience, these clinics are usually run by two (an optician and optometrist) or a trio (the optician, optometrist, and an office manager). This was extraordinary. Contact lens prices were a great deal since I had vision insurance from my employer. Glasses and frames were priced way above anything I've ever been accustomed to buying. I'd probably have to be an Marquis or a Duke to afford some of those frames.
