The team at Vision Clinic was able to get me into a set of trial contact lenses which was a lifesaver for me. The first three places in Moses Lake that I called had no interest in helping me in my dire situation. At the last minute on Thursday afternoon, I was able to make it in to get the trial lenses. The office is a bit dated and plain but the staff, equipment, exam, explanations and overall experience were superb. The optician Tammy was great. The choice of frames felt current and modern but limited in options. The frame prices were reasonable but the lenses were quite pricey. Two glasses, regular and sun glasses were over $1K with insurance! They may have less expensive options available. I would recommend Vision Source for anyone who wants a thorough vision and eye exam with state of the art instruments, knowledgeable and friendly staff as well as a review of the findings by a kind and competent Dr. Highly recommended!

The prescription was ground 1/4 inch too low in my lenses. In order to see things clearly (both…read morenear and far) I would have to lean my head back so I was looking through the lenses 1/4 inch lower than normal. This made the reading area about 1/8 inch up from the bottom of the lenses. Having to tilt my head back like that caused neck pain. Took the glasses back and told them the problem. Explaining the 1/4 inch difference. I asked that they redo the lenses. All they would do is bend on the frame. There was no offer to replace the lenses. I was told to try the glasses for a few days and come back if needed. For me it is an 80 mile one way trip to Wenatchee. I am not going to spend $20 in fuel for sub-par service.

Our child is an extremely strong willed child that doesn't trust strangers easily.
