The staff compared the glasses to the paperwork and said "Oh, we see the problem. We'll send them back." So accidents happen, no big deal. I picked up the second pair a few weeks later and they are bifocals. I am confused as I didn't ask for bifocals, and the prescription used for the second round of computer glasses was my distance prescription. After a confusing discussion with the office staff where they asked things like "did you try looking at your computer with your distance glasses?"..(uh, no?????).... I received a refund but apparently this was my problem as "computer glasses mean different things to different people." Never did the doctor discuss this with me, only the office staff, and I found the entire experience baffling. I've had computer glasses for many years and never has there been an issue. Back to Costco. Can't recommend.

Dr. Ehlers met with me for pre op in April and explained the procedure both pros and cons. He also explained the remedies if unexpected occurrences happened and what I should look for in the event that unusual symptoms showed. My right eye will be operated on this next week and I hope it will go as smoothly. My regular eye doctor will have an appointment with me about three more times each two weeks apart to make sure the healing process goes smoothly and if anything unexpected occurs they can catch it immediately. I am pleased with the care I have received thus far and have confidence in Dr. Ehlers, his team of nurses, anesthetist and office staff.

When I stepped into the office the receptionist was happy and cheerful. I arrived 15 minutes early and didn't wait long, which is a plus. The assistant who was helping me didn't introduce herself and walked really fast down the corridor. While I was trying to get my bearing and my items. She was pretty rude and didn't seem genuine at all. She didn't ask me about the weather or nothing. She didn't seem interested in me. The doctor (Dr. Watson) introduced himself and shook my hand, better, but he didn't spend much time with me and I had to tell him things. He didn't ask me questions directly. I would also add that my eyes were dilated and I was never told how long they would dilated for. I was then passed onto another associate, I told her I wanted to look at frames but she followed me around. And was a very pushy sales person. My husband showed up and even got annoyed with her when she tried to sell me Crizal coating that I didn't want. Her professionalism wasn't there at all. I did buy a pair of glasses partly because I loved the style and I can't find Kate Spade glasses anywhere. I would have not given them any business had I been able to find this glasses elsewhere with my insurance. I'm writing this review while my eyes are still dilated. I had wanted to talk to my husband about whether we wanted to pay in full or half and she just stayed there I had hoped she would have left and let us discuss it in private. They blamed the online company of course but the glasses were made right to the prescription. After subtracting the "ADDER " I resent for glasses and they were fine. Because they were rude and borderline nasty, I switched to Valley Vision. Now I have a serious eye problem and the records from Boys Smith could aid the Valley Vision doctor, but there seems to be problems forwarding the records. When I asked her to coordinate with Valley Vision she refused. When I attempted to rehash my past troubles with Boys Smith, she hung up. If this nonsense continues I will hire an attorney.

They were so kind and proficient at their jobs, and I was seen by a tech, a nurse, and a physician within twenty minutes. I got x-rays, test results and compression bandaging very promptly, and I was discharged with a walking boot, prescription, and follow-up instructions within 90 minutes!
