Butte View got the best Doctor and staff. They are sooo attentive and accommodating. Dr. Tran is the best.. She is very thorough in her examination with her caring demeanor Yuba folks, you are lucky to have her.. I have to do couple hours drive to see her when I need to. Thanks Butte View for my beautiful new vision and my new sun glasses. I love them. They are so gentle on my eyes.

However within the past year or two the man at the front office (Stan?) has been rude to me, but I let that slide because Dr. Tran is amazing. Fast forward to recently I wanted him to bill my Insurance for full amount, but he would only bill what they said I had left (12$). Now I'm in a position I can't get my FSA money without them billing. I even called my insurance to see if it's Ok if they bill them after the fact and they said yes, but still Stan will not bill them. I highly recommend Dr.Tran. Just be aware of the the guy in the front office.

The eye doctor is fine, but trying to get glasses was one of the worst experiences I have ever had…read more They ordered the wrong glasses TWICE and after two months and still not gotten a proper set, they told me they were going to resend it for the THIRD time (which would delay it for ANOTHER month.. it would be a 3 month wait to finally get glasses... IF they would get it right this time) They also notified me after the second mishap on their end that the charge was going to be even more than what they originally quoted me. I gave up and requested a refund. I went to Costco instead and got proper glasses with my prescription in ONE week and a fraction of the cost of what they charge at this place.

Then they only charged me a deductible after my appointment only to bill me in full when I got a statement in the mail. They refused to accept responsibility and correct the bill as they made a mistake since I would of went somewhere else that would of taken my insurance. The office manager, Karen Rocchi, was a bully and very unprofessional and would not take responsibility for the fact which was proven that they told me they did take my insurance prior to my appointment. Avoid this place as they will unfairly bill you. as they are ruthless to make money unfairly and immorally.

After getting the glasses, I scheduled another appointment to fix the prescription. I was NEVER told that after my first time rescheduling to fix the prescription, that I would have to pay an additional $30-40 dollars. I ended up rescheduling again because I was desperate to fix it since I paid that much already for the glasses. I was then told they couldn't fix the prescription for me because apparently I was "seeing 20/20." If I was seeing 20/20, why would I waste my time and money to reschedule to fix it? Also, if they couldn't fix it or do anything, why charge me the additional $30-40? Overall, I wasted my time AND money. Better to just go to Costco.
