I called 3 times & left a message but received no call back. This was on 8/4. My appt was 8/10. So on 8/6 I personally went into the office of the surgery center to find out it was not cancelled. The receptionist there assured me she would cancel it. then I got a voice mail message from Sherry telling me all the particulars of my upcoming appt!!! I am frustrated to say the least! So I called again & talked to Sherry who said I was still on the schedule for Monday. Now this is on Friday at 3:25pm. I am HOT.!!! I told her all about my attempts to cancel & once again I am assured it is cancelled! How professional can that office staff be??? Do they not take their job seriously??? My daughter's PCP recommended Dr. Reddy, who is a man when my daughter and I usually prefer female specialists. However, Dr. Reddy's office was accommodating, and my daughter was seen by Dr. Reddy's assistant who was very nice and showed concern for my daughter's situation. All of the staff there were very nice. We have only had one visit there and I am hopeful that the impression that we got is real and that we have found the right fit for our health needs.
