I think the problem is the RowCal representative named Rachel as she makes promises that she doesn't keep. She claims she returns every phone call and she doesn't. She says she will reimburse me the expense to repair my clogged drain pipe and she didn't, and she doesn't know our bylaws when issues come up as she told us incorrect information about getting things passed. We started out with good management representative, but for the last 3 years we have a representative that has caused a downturn. Nothing gets done now and the association is looking shabby. I could go on, but I don't want to waste your time reading.

Some of these were evidently contractual missteps on the part of the vendor, and Rachel made that clear to the parties involved. She let us know early in her tenure that photographs are very helpful in remedying said issues, because it clarifies what the problems are, along with the written description. I was glad that I was available to send photographs to her. This process seems to have helped us all, homeowners and vendors alike. I have also made it a point to take photos after the fact to show the positive efforts/results made by these companies once they received the comments and communication from Rachel. Your best bet is to believe all the horrible reviews because each one is TRUE!!! He's a fraud and vacationing is his priority. Believe Peter, Sunny, and whoever else posted a negative review. I'm sure for property owners, he's great, but we were screwed upon move out and got only $57 back from our deposit. Was not expecting the full amount but got charged $600 for cleaning (cleaners from PPM) and almost $300 for flea treatment. FLEAS?! We did not have fleas and left that place 100x cleaner than how it was received. Renters, beware. Another company to nickel and dime you when it's time to move out, and not take care of the most basic things. Property owners, if you care about finding and keeping quality renters, do not hire them.

We received all kinds of great information from In Motion, including a timeline of how things would go, information about the company and our new building manager, and new rent payment options. They have a FABULOUS online rental payment system set up. They even take payment by credit card - hello, cash back rewards! In Motion kept the same caretaker on site, which was a nice addition to making the process easy on everyone. He has been the caretaker for a while, so he didn't have to find a new job or home. A big bonus for all of us is since he's been there a long time, he was a great asset to the transition team. Plus, he's an all-around great guy. Friendly, helpful, and an excellent handyman. What prompted me to finally write a review about them is this: I had an issue with my internet service that is moderated through In Motion. I sent an email to the property manager, and he called back within a few minutes. We had a good chat about the overall situation, and came to a good solution. All within the span of about ten minutes from start to finish! If you are looking for a place to rent that is well-managed and well-taken care of, I highly recommend that you consider In Motion.

Two of the stated reasons for denial were insufficient income and lack of income verification. They also stated I had insufficient rental history, I have a spotless rental history spanning over 2 decades in the Twin Cities, and again, no attempt to verify was made. Our area, The Seasons in Woodbury was hiring them to manage the HOA in my neighborhood for few…read moreyears. They have done a horrible job of taking care the landscape in our area. Trees and flowers died each year due to lack of watering, trimming... Grass only cut once every couple weeks. Each year the HOA is increasing without the proper care they put in. They are overcharge $10 late fee for HOA even you paid them in full. They sent us a letter but do not have a proper bill pay to. Called Michael Mattson, the name on the letter and left numerous calls and they did not even care to call back to resolve the charge since it kept adding up and now even charged extra $20 and threaten us with the letter saying my account will turn over to collection while I already paid them $227 for this year. I will talk to my area representative and better find another one to manage our area. This is a horrible company, just like others saying, do not work with them.
