Some of these were evidently contractual missteps on the part of the vendor, and Rachel made that clear to the parties involved. She let us know early in her tenure that photographs are very helpful in remedying said issues, because it clarifies what the problems are, along with the written description. I was glad that I was available to send photographs to her. This process seems to have helped us all, homeowners and vendors alike. It was rented by Feb 1. Aaroosh (the owner) helped me determine a rental price and then got my listing up quickly. Service was great, but had a few minor issues. Aaroosh is sometimes hard to reach by phone, emails and texts work a lot better but if you are not used to that kind of communication it might be tough. They are not a huge company which is nice because I have a direct contact but sometimes if they are busy it might take 24-48 hours for a response. Tip: I found that if I text him I usually get a response.(Millennials am I right?) Overall I would use them to rent my townhome again.

We received all kinds of great information from In Motion, including a timeline of how things would go, information about the company and our new building manager, and new rent payment options. They have a FABULOUS online rental payment system set up. They even take payment by credit card - hello, cash back rewards! In Motion kept the same caretaker on site, which was a nice addition to making the process easy on everyone. He has been the caretaker for a while, so he didn't have to find a new job or home. A big bonus for all of us is since he's been there a long time, he was a great asset to the transition team. Plus, he's an all-around great guy. Friendly, helpful, and an excellent handyman. What prompted me to finally write a review about them is this: I had an issue with my internet service that is moderated through In Motion. I sent an email to the property manager, and he called back within a few minutes. We had a good chat about the overall situation, and came to a good solution. All within the span of about ten minutes from start to finish! If you are looking for a place to rent that is well-managed and well-taken care of, I highly recommend that you consider In Motion.

Two of the stated reasons for denial were insufficient income and lack of income verification. I'd attached a paystub that included my 'year to date' earnings proving my income is more than sufficient, they made no attempt to verify. They also stated I had insufficient rental history, I have a spotless rental history spanning over 2 decades in the Twin Cities, and again, no attempt to verify was made. But they get to keep my $50 application fee! Hornig Co is a whole scam, AVOID.

Trees and flowers died each year due to lack of watering, trimming... Grass only cut once every couple weeks. Each year the HOA is increasing without the proper care they put in. They are overcharge $10 late fee for HOA even you paid them in full. They sent us a letter but do not have a proper bill pay to. Called Michael Mattson, the name on the letter and left numerous calls and they did not even care to call back to resolve the charge since it kept adding up and now even charged extra $20 and threaten us with the letter saying my account will turn over to collection while I already paid them $227 for this year. I will talk to my area representative and better find another one to manage our area. This is a horrible company, just like others saying, do not work with them.
