When I asked to see a physician I was told by a gentleman that walk ins were no longer accepted despite the light up sign that said walk ins open. When asked what my symptoms were I said sinus congestion. Then I was told that people are still scared of covid while the woman receptionist snickered under her breath at his comment. I was then told I could make an appointment for the following day. I had tested negative for covid and just needed help as I am a teacher and there are no subs. This place used to care. People still get sick and need help. I will not return back even though I'm sure they don't care cause they are scared of covid still. What a joke. Making changes to a business isn't always for the better. They are now the elite or they think they are and apparently aren't interested in helping treat the Ill. I went somewhere else that takes walk ins. P.s it wasn't covid and now I can go teach my students tomorrow. Thanks for nothing. Change your sign... you don't take walk ins!

Registration went well takes care of ABN forms people on Medicare must sign letting patients know how often Medicare covers tests & procedures otherwise the patient needs to pay the full cost. Read the form carefully the registration person told me something different than what was on the form The scan tech was not friendly didn't make me feel comfortable. Told me I didn't lay straight when doing so is part of my body dysfunction from past abuse & D.V. There were only 2 locations available for my type of scan. Elmhurst or Plainfield more convenient for us.

He probably went through ER fairly fast as he had a severe breathing issue. He saw plenty of different doctors because he had several issues, the 5th floor nurses were great and helpful to answer our questions. Only issue was communication with the food service - since Dad was on a special diet they sent him wrong stuff a few times. After almost 2 weeks, he recovered enough and got into the rehab wing where he has a big private room and 3 different therapists to keep him busy.

My wife's room had breakfast, lunch and dinner tray let on counter in room. Had a garbage can next to her head at the side of her bed. We had to ask for her meds versus the nurse coming in when the meds we're to be given. I had to empty the porta potty because they were not. I was worried about my wife eating so I bring lunch for her and when the nurse seen it she cancelled my wife's dinner. What the hell is that about?! The black nurse with an accent was by far the rudest. Write down nurse's name but left on bet table. However, the doctors were great. Thank you , doctors. In the future I will go to hospital in new Lenox.

I have gone here the last three years for…read moremy annual ultrasounds and request to have the results released to my doctor at Rush Hospital. Never do they do it! I ALWAYS have to call MORE than once to remind them. I'm going to stop using them. Should have learned my lesson the first time, but because they are so close to my house their location is easier on me. Their failure to do their job efficiently is very stressful for a patient like myself with a history of significant medical issues.

I thought it was turning into an ear infection or sinus infection so I had to find an urgent care ASAP since it happened to be January 2nd and everything was closed in observance of New Year's Day. I called to confirm this place was an urgent care and that they were open. The woman was polite on the phone and told me they were open and they weren't busy at all at the moment. So I zipped over and she was right, no one was in the waiting room. Just me myself and I. They work on a walk-in basis FYI. I was seen within 2-3 minutes of checking in. The doctor came to my exam room within a couple minutes of my vitals and info being taken. Dr. Hornung was who saw me and he was professional and nice. I was in and out of here in 20 minutes but they didn't rush me at all. It was spectacular service for someone who had no energy from being sick. This place is located at the corner of Eola/New York St. They are right next to Paulie's Bar & Grill and there is a subway right there too. The whole office and waiting area was super clean and tidy. If I need an urgent care again this will be the first place I think of. Definitely recommend. If you're reading this, I hope you feel better soon!

Maybe it's because i'm a professional yapper, but the people at the front desk were so lovely to talk to and the two medical professionals (Tricia & Pirut) were so helpful and made an uncomfortable experience way more enjoyable. And please don't get me started on their "wait times". Such a shame. Absolutely loved them when they were Physician's Immediate Care.
