He is such an ass , I have never ever wrote a bad review about a doctor or office but people need to know what they are going to get when they see him. 1st and for more he treated me like an addict looking for pain meds which I'm not I have multiple sclerosis and severe lower back pain he told me I tested dirty on my drug test and took all pains away for 4 months yet I asked to see lab results never got them so I just suffered. But that's not the bad part 2 days ago I go in to have a lumbar medial branch done. well one nurse brought me back got my vitals asked me if I was getting gas or sedation I said sedation and signed the paper saying I had a driver and she put an Iv in then another nurse comes gets me and is in the operation room the gas is already on and my face is stuck right in it because your placed on your belly and I said damn this is alot and the nurse said I will turn it down until he comes in and then I will put in your iv meds and turn up the gas . So while I'm all gassed up and high i guess her story is she asked and assumed I said the has was enough .umm no if u ask me before and I have and IV I want the IV meds. well she NEVER PUTS THE IV meds in so I can feel so much and I'm crying like crazy I guess I started moving cuz doctor yells stop moving I've hit the same spot 3 times and the nurse is holding my neck down with her arm it was so messed up. after it's over she says next time get sedation you moved alot I said I was supposed to IV meds. Bottom line Avoid!!! Or if u have to go here don't see him I wouldn't that's just my story

It's obvious when you see her that she feels the need to demean others for her own low self esteem. It would truly benefit the company and her self confidence if she didn't work with the public. He was in a body brace 11 months and lost 4 inches in height due to the injury. He wanted to try life without medication because he had took so much for so many years by pain doctors. Well we recently flipped a car several times and lucky to be alive. On top of that, my fiance just fell 10 feet flat on his back. So we go to Dr. Mullins and he has an x-ray. The x-ray shows a new compressing fracture on the spine on top of an old injury. Dr. Mullins did nothing. Nothing for pain. Not even a steroid shot. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, when in fact he should have prescribed pain medication, back brace, bed rest and a referral to a spine doctor. This is not the first visit when we ha e felt neglected. Assuming there is some judgmental purpose he is using not to treat someone with a frigging BROKE BACK. I hate that I have to give him one star. The only reason he gets a star is because I can not post without a star. One more thing, this is something the nurse practioner also pointed out.

My lower rating comes from the lack of a good contact number to schedule an appointment. I found three options. A general number that always goes to voice mail and doesn't get a response, an online form that was submitted and again no response, then a local number where I left a message. Same result. Get it together!

The administration of Healthy Connections is horrible. A phone system that is nothing but voice…read moremail. Nobody calls with follow ups ever. Give blood for a lab and nobody bothers to actually review your lab with you. They cancel appoints and don't bother to call you to let you know. It is a complete cluster F*#@. I have never seen anything as pathetic in my 50 years of health care.
