Today (1/14/26) was my first visit; and it was with the hygienist, Amy. Let me tell you about Amy she is the most person knowledgeable hygienist I've ever worked with. She's also got a very, very cool looking. Dr Angel answered all my questions and I actually understood (no medical terminology) what she was saying. The other staff from the first greet all the way to the exit were amazing ladies. I must commend Dr Angel for Selecting/ employing a very great staff. The office is very, very clean. Updated 8-13-18 Had a bridge done with Angel Dentistry just about a year ago...it's Failing to be a secure bridge for eating things like bread, crackers you know...anything Solid. Dr. Angel has a kind approach, but isn't willing to stand by work done by a dentist employed with her Denistry- she instead has passed the buck to the Dentist that is employed with another Dentistry at this time. I'm very disheartened since I raved about the place and now I'm being Avoided and Passed Off So she doesn't have to Deal with Me (Problems) I have been going to the Dentist that had done the work- he stood behind his work, even though he's at another dental office! They treated me as if I was always one of their valued customers not a problem patient. True Colors fly when a business drops the ball and refuses to take accountability for their work. Went here a few years ago for an implant. They offered a one-year warranty on their implant. Shortly before the year was up, the implant broke; it was hollow inside, year it was a first molar. It was my first implant, so I didn't know implants weren't supposed to be hollow, but logic dictated that a molar implant should not have been hollow. I called their office and asked them how long they guaranteed their implants, and was told one-year. I told them mine broke, and I needed to get a replacement. They office worker looked up my record and told me it was longer than one-year and that the implant was no longer under warranty. Fortunately, I paid for the implant with my credit card, and had proof it was less than one-year! When I came in for the new implant, the dentist, Dr Angel, wanted to see the broken implant. (I suspect they were looking for a possible "out" on honoring their warranty, but I was clear that a first molar should not have been hollow. I later learned that implants are not supposed to be hollow--it was basically a crown made to look like an implant. They did honor their warranty, but they were not very "nice" about it. At that time, I posted a negative review on Yelp about my experience, but apparently Angel Dentistry had Yelp remove it, probably to keep their rating higher than it should be. Not only that, but their dental hygienist charged for a very lousy cleaning while complaining her discontent that I gave them a negative review on Yelp! (And they made me wait until they were finished with all their other clients in the office so the clients wouldn't possibly hear what they were doing!) Save yourself some money and do not trust this office. I came here after not going to the dentist for a few years (my fault completely), and ended up getting several cavities filled and laser treatment on my gums. I thought the initial experience was great, but then things started falling apart. This team does not do a good job of explaining what they're seeing and why you need certain treatments. I put my trust in them as professionals but the work was not good. My first filling created a food trap between my back teeth that was previously not there, which in turn affected my gums allowing them to charge me more to fix both issues. My next filling chipped within a week of getting it. They agreed to fix it and then tried to charge me for the visit even though I was only there to fix their own mistake. On top of that, on more than one occasion I'd go to pay and they'd say I have an insurance credit and don't owe anything. Yet the next appointment they'd say I have overdue fees and would have to pay $100+ more than anticipated. I understand insurances can over-bill and issue credits, but the discrepancies around under-billing kept adding up. I decided to try a different dentist because I didn't trust the work or practices at this office. The new dentist showed me microscopic photos of my teeth and was appalled by the previous work done by Angel Dentistry. My fillings are not only huge, but they use a material that is not strong enough and so 3 of them are easily movable, one even flaps up allowing bacteria in. This isn't due to poor dental health, as everything else looked great and my new dentist showed me photos of what the work should look like compared to what it does. Because of this poor work, I now have to get a crown on one tooth and fixed fillings on two others. Long story short, I spent thousands of dollars at Angel Dentistry just to have a more qualified dentist fix the issues created by their poor work. read more

I called and scheduled an appointment a week prior, or so I thought. I live pretty far away from this dentist, but I decided to visit again because of the quality of care I received. When I arrived for my appointment, they let me know that they had not scheduled me. The woman at the front desk went back to check if they could squeeze me in, and they couldn't. I am especially angry about this because, when she went back to check, she and the other women in the back were laughing about how I hadn't called to schedule. Like I said I live decently far away from this dentist, about 30 minutes without traffic. I do not have a car, and because I was overdue for an appointment I was very stressed the day I called to schedule. I COULD NOT forget that day. I spent 20 minutes deciding to even call the office. And they laughed at me for "not scheduling". 100% their fault for not scheduling me when I called. Needless to say I will not be visiting this office again. read more

My first visit to Angel Dentistry today. Alana was my dental hygienist. Absolutely fabulous. Alana was honestly the best dental hygienist I've ever had in my 65 young years. So professional & gentle yet so thorough. My teeth have never felt or looked this clean. I also met the dentist, Dr Angel. Extremely pleasant. She performed a detailed examination and was again extremely thorough. Going to the dentist has never been so good and I am actually looking forward to my next visit. Thank you. read more

I called my insurance company and that was in fact not the issue. It's just constantly lie after lie with this office. Seems with every response the owner never takes responsibility and always claims it's the consumers fault when I'm sure it isn't. There's a reason this place is always empty. I have been going to Dr. Angel for six years. She was kind in the beginning and helped with my fear of the dentist. However my husband went in to get a crown and it literally took a year yes a year to get the right crown shade and fit. Because of all the time and issues he had she gave us a credit on the account. I have to go in for a chipped crown and it was going to need to be replaced. They came in with an estimate of around $300. I said OK came back to put in the temporary and they said it's actually going to be $500. I still said OK and continue to ask about the credit and no one would get back to me. I came back to get my permanent crown put in. They took out the temporary and then came in and told me it was gonna be $1300 total for the tooth. They basically told me I could not leave until I paid it I had no tooth in my mouth and they said they wouldn't do anything until the payment was made in full. I was absolutely disgusted on how I was treated after how long I've been going there. Dr. Angel finally called me and said I did have a credit on the account still and she needed to look over a couple more things and would call me back. It's been months now. She has never called me back. I've called multiple times and they never get back to me. I will never go to this dentist again. And I'm still waiting for my refund. read more

I randomly found Angel Dentistry when searching for a new Dentist close to my house. I knew from my first call that the office was well-run. Jonathan was very welcoming and helped me get everything setup. On my first visit, Kim was my hygienist and she has a great personality and is very friendly. She took away that scary aspect of going to the Dentist. Dr. Angel also saw me that day and I was immediately impressed by how she treats her patients. She is very non-judgmental and I firmly believe just looks out for the best interests of her patients. Since my first few visits, I have also had my wisdom teeth removed here. I did not want to go to an Oral Surgeon because I did not want to be "knocked out" for it. Dr. Angel reviewed all of my x-rays and determined she could do the surgery in her office for me, and prepared me for what to expect. I was very nervous at the beginning of the surgery, and she was extremely patient with me (especially so, since her time is valuable) and I really felt like she cared and wanted me to be comfortable throughout, as did her staff. I really can't say enough good things about this office. Everyone in her office has been so pleasant and welcoming. I highly recommend! read more

I wish I never wasted my time at this dentist. My parents apparently might have had a decent experience at this place(they're used to crappy dentist places) but they didn't want to listen to me or believe me when I said I have a cavity that was verified at another office(I was set up to get it filled but one thing let to another and I ended up not having the insurance that was covered by them). Thought this place was good, they had a new hygienist take care of me. I wanted to have high hopes and not be rude and asked for someone EXPERIENCED but I wish I did because then they would've listened to me. My cavities are worse now, they literally told me to use sensitive tooth paste because apparently it's because I only grinder my teeth. It didn't fix the sharp pains I would get from drinking cold stuff constantly and the literal tooth decay. Don't trust this place at all. I've been crying the past few days for visiting this place 6 months ago for a cleaning. I really wanted to trust this place but instead the stupid Dentist Angel wanted to send me to a bunch of different doctors before she can help me out with an issue. read more

So I started having some tooth discomfort over the weekend and left them a message to come in to get an exam that following Monday. I got call before they opened up for the day to come in within that same hour. Kudos there. Thanks Beth! I get in and as with a lot of people I have anxiety about the whole Dentist office process. I explained this to the first friendly person who helped me (Chanelle) who gave me some tips and was very understanding about the whole x-ray mouth thingie that I had problems with in the past.....She was very understanding and patient (not to mention -fast). The dentist (Dr. Call) was very thorough on trying to explain things to me so we had a plan to get my teeth figured out over the long haul. Jonathan the operations manager for the office was great explaining the treatment plan and costs ensured me I was going to be taken care of which i felt at ease about. I came into this office as a second opinion from another Dentist in the Valley and I am so very glad I did. I seen Dr Call! When i called them to ask some questions about the procedure I had scheduled at another dentist, the lady was on the phone with me for a good 20 minutes. she never once seemed aggravated by my questions or said that she couldn't answer them she just was very polite and helped me. She also scheduled me same day for a consultation because I was in severe pain. When I came into the office they were able to identify that the previous dentist I went to was misidentify and billing my insurance incorrectly for the wrong tooth making my portion of the procedure SIGNIFICANTLY more expensive. The staff was all EXTREMELY nice and were very welcoming. Talked me through the procedure and never pressured me to cancel my other appointment and come to them. After the appointment i decided it would be best to schedule with Angel Dentistry, with Dr Call. I have extremely bad anxiety when it comes to Dental work and so I was prescribed a sedative to help calm my nerves. Dr Call worked fast and efficient because of the anxiety. They never once seemed upset or annoyed with having to stop when i felt like I couldn't breath DUE TO MY ANXIETY. Ultimately I loved my experience and I love this team. I have to say, I love this place! I found them on Yelp of all places because I was looking for a dentist close to my apartment. I been there twice now, and the care is consistently above and beyond my expectations. Everyone from the front desk receptionist to Dr. Angel herself is phenomenal. The staff is friendly, and they offer loads of information regarding dental health. The clinic looks relatively new, in each room has its own unique design. The first room I was in when I went in November was a baseball themed room, and today there was a map in the room. They also have a kids' room a cartoon drawings on the wall. They have full panoramic x-rays available. They were even able to refer me to an oral surgeon when I need my wisdom teeth pulled. If you need a dentist be sure to go see them. you won't be disappointed! read more

I have been going to Angel Dentistry for a few years now and everyone has always been friendly and professional. I just had an upper molar filled which at other dentist offices has been a nightmare. Dr. Angel first numbed the area with a local swab before injecting the heavy duty numbing agent. She used a rubber bite block to help me keep my mouth open so I could keep my jaw relaxed. She explained every step as she went along and made sure to stop any time I was uncomfortable. I can't believe how painless the procedure was. I highly recommend Angel Dentistry. read more

Dr. Angel is a sweetheart and she has (mostly) an amazing staff. I have been going to her office since she opened, and have referred many other people to her as well. I would be a life-time customer, until this morning when I had a very brief conversation with her new receptionist (who has been there 3 months), who I can't even name because she talks like the phone is shoved down her throat. I called to cancel my appointment at noon, and my appointment was for 10am the next day. Because I did not cancel within 24 hours, I was going to charged an additional $25. However, the last three appointments I had scheduled with them, had to be moved around for their convenience...with just about 24 hours notice. Every time I go in to the office, it takes them 20 minutes to get me back (even though I am perfectly on time for my appointment), and when I am leaving, another 20 minutes. I have to give them my insurance information every time I see them, even though I gave it to them to keep on file the last few visits. Don't get me wrong: Dr. Angel is extremely intelligent and knows a lot about her profession. The dental hygienist I saw the last 3 visits was also very sweet and remembered me and took her time to get to know me, and she realized I was a returning customer. If you want a good cleaning and semi-annual check up, this is the office for you. But don't expect any type of customer service from the girls up front. read more

It's hard for me to give 5 stars to a dentistry, because I hate going to the dentist. But I'm going to be fair and really they are as good as it gets. The location is very convenient for me and the place looks clean and nice inside, unlike other dentists I have been to here in Phoenix. The staff members are friendly and professional. Waiting times are under 10 min and they gave me an appointment for the same week when I called. The dentist and assistant are knowledgeable and made my visit there as comfortable as possible. I'm so glad to have found a family dentist that I like. I will be back there soon for check up and cleaning. read more

I never ever thought that I would say I had the best experience at my DENTIST. But today I truly did. Dr. King is so very personable, honest, and realistic. I originally came in to have a consultation and x-rays. She had enough time to do that plus personally complete my cleaning. This practice has new technology to make your experience much more comfortable. By the time I left I wanted to hug, and tip Dr. King. I live in Ahwatukee and will always drive out here to see her. This is the best dental office I have been to. I had a painful tooth infection and was in need of a dentist, after looking on Yelp I decided on Angel Dentistry. They were able to fit me in to see Dr. King the same day I called. Everyone in the office is warm and friendly and Dr. King is wonderful. She is knowledgeable, thorough, gentle and kind. I am not a fan of going to the dentist so finding one with these qualities is great! I ended up needing a root canal and I felt comfortable and well cared for throughout the entire process. Dr. King is really good about explaining everything that she does and making sure you are at ease. I was even given a gift certificate to AMC Theatres by my lovely dentist and hygienist after the procedure ended up going longer than anticipated. If you are looking for a dental office that makes you feel like family then this is the place for you. Front office staff was very friendly and welcoming. They were even willing to give me a sample tooth brush and paste so I could freshen up since I came straight from work. I was then able to get my X-rays, cleaning, and exam all within one appointment. Dr. Cicero welcomed me as I started my exam and was very thorough during the appointment. The hygienist, Ariel, was extremely considerate of what I wanted done. She had my best intentions in mind and took extremely good care of me. I didn't feel uncomfortable at any point. Wow! Came in for a teeth cleaning which was done by Kim. She was absolutely amazing. Great sense of humor (she is hilarious), but also took the time to explain what was being done during and after, with some pointers for the future. By far the most positive experience I've ever had at a Dentist. If she comes in to clean your teeth, get ready for a fun hour! Chris at the front desk is great. Always dressed for success, kind and courteous and on top of it. As soon as you walk in he knows exactly who you are and makes you feel comfortable. I haven't had the pleasure in meeting Dr. Angel, but the other Doctor I met with (Sorry I'm horrible with names) was outstanding. He took the time to explain everything from what he was looking for, why he was doing certain things and took the time to answer questions. Did not feel rushed like previous experiences. I am so lucky to have found this place. In the past 3 years I have been to three different offices in search of a home to start my long dental process. The first dentist chipped my front tooth during a cleaning, said nothing, I thought it was odd that they did not hand me a mirror, got in my car to go, flipped open my mirror to look a my smile and BAM! Chipped front tooth. Of course I went right back in and he fixed it with out admitting his wrong. Well that fix recently fell off. Other places charged way to much and the energy was awful. I went to Angel dentistry yesterday. Thank God I did!! Every single soul in the place was kind, educated, helpful, very beautiful people! And not bad on the pocket book. I am a hairstylist, so when I heard the voice (through the drills, water and air hose going on in my mouth) say, "that's beautiful" after she molded my tooth back on, I dropped a tear. This dentist is awesome! My 91 year old father lives in an assisted living home and hadn't worn his bottom dentures for 3 years because they hurt. Former dentists couldn't get it right. I had to find a dentist that would go to his home since he was not ambulatory. I stopped in to Dr. Angels office. She took time to discuss my situation and since he lived across the street from her office, she offered to go visit him and evaluate the situation. She did and was able to fix the problem with ease. She checks on him regularly now, too. He also broke one of the denture's front tooth. She came over, took an impression, took the denture to the lab and brought back the repaired denture the same day! The work was perfect! Her demeanor with patients is excellent. And her charges are very fair. I highly recommend this dentist. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. I am pregnant and refused x-rays therefore they refuse to clean my teeth because I was a new patient, telling me it wasn't legal. I have had my teeth cleaned without taking x-rays before... Dr. Angel was extremely rude and told me "You don't make the rules" as I walked out the door. read more

Thoroughly disappointed with this entire office, not just any one employee/doctor. I was told what I wanted to hear up until I paid cash for my procedure. After I paid, I couldn't get anyone in this office to contact me so I could schedule my next appointment and get my teeth all finished. I called several times and every time I was told the same thing. 'We will call you back shortly.' What a joke! Oh yeah, after I paid for the whole procedure up front, a week later I was informed that I had to pay more money before any more work could be done. Very professional. My husband and I have been patients at Angel Dentistry for over 5 years now. They work very hard to keep your appointments on time which I really appreciate. I feel that I receive honest feedback from the staff... they can tell when I've been drinking too much wine LOL (the stains prove it). I've never felt as if I'm being pushed into any type of procedure that isn't needed. Dr. Angel has told me straight up "Your teeth are looking good - we are going to watch this tooth right here so ensure you are flossing around it and brushing it regularly so it doesn't turn into a cavity". My daughter had a veneer break while visiting a couple of years ago. She called Dr Angel's office. Even though it was Friday and they normally don't schedule appointments, Dr Angel was in the office and saw my daughter. She had issues with that veneer several times and had gone to several dentists. Dr Angel was the first dentist to fix it correctly. She still schedules her appointments with Dr Angel when visiting Phoenix instead of going to a local LA dentist. Everyone at Dr Angel's office is friendly and professional. The waiting times are short, yet I have never felt rushed. Dr Angel and her staff make sure they explain any procedures, answer all of your questions, and provide excellent care. She also doesn't try to convince you to have unnecessary procedures. The office is comfortable, clean and conveniently located. read more

After having really bad experiences with my childhood dentist it's very hard to want to go back to any dentist but we all have to. Once I got over my issues, I found Angel dentistry. It has been a completely different experience and they have been nothing but wonderful. For a short time I had a change in insurance but I didn't want to go anywhere else. I have been going to Angel Dentistry for over four years now, getting cleanings every six months. Doctor Angel is amazing. She doesn't jump to recommend getting a bunch of work done thats not required and the staff is so friendly. Kim does my cleanings and she is professional, compassionate and so helpful. She answers all my questions and is honest and caring. If we were not moving to Texas I would be going to this practice as long as I could. Great group of people who are amazing at what they do. Can't believe I am saying this, but I am so looking forward to going back to the dentist. I first went to Angel Dentistry after receiving a flyer in the mail and after reading reviews on yelp, I decided to give it a shot! I did spend a lengthy afternoon with them, but I had all of my xrays done, received a lengthy and comprehensive consultation with Dr Cicero including referrals I needed for an oral surgeon, and then Kim was able to book me for a cleaning right then! She took extra good care of me, and used an anesthetic agent (which does cost a little more, but I have very sensitive teeth and I thought this was a lifesaver) Their office is very clean and inviting, the staff is great- very fun and friendly, and they have a great membership option for patient without dental insurance (such as myself)! This was a win for me, and looking forward to my appt later today! :-) read more
