The standard toilets and sinks provided by the builder did not meet our expectations, so we decided to upgrade everything before moving in. Genzel Plumbing was very quick to respond to my request for help. First, they actually answered their phone, rather than letting it go to voicemail (unlike other plumbers I attempted to call). Second, they scheduled a prompt appointment to come out the following day. Third, they bumped up the arrival time by 2 hours, making the needed relief come much sooner. Fourth, they arrived on time, while providing real time tracking of the plumber, from dispatch to arrival. Fifth, the plumber they sent (a gentleman by the name of Brandon Van Stavern) was very kind, highly professional, and easy to work with. He found the clog in our pipes in only a few minutes, and immediately deployed a solution that worked on his first attempt. Great people and great service. Robby, the owner, along with his son, Parker, came out to repair and replace some sink pipes and shower heads. They both did excellent work and was able to repair some things that I didn't have to replace. Saving me money so I didn't have to purchase it. They are a family owned business with over 15 years of service. This was my first time using them and I will use them again. I highly recommend them. They do a great job fixing your problem. I woke up to a flooded kitchen today from a leak underneath the sink. Genzel was the only plumber that would call me back. Robbie came out immediately (even drove in the snow on a Sunday morning) to fix it. He was friendly, professional, and went above & beyond. He replaced all my sink valves and even was able to install a new garbage disposal & dishwasher line for a reasonable price. The tech that came out was fine but their pricing seemed wildly high and much higher than another estimate that I had. They were asking for $3600 to change out a water heater. That's pretty steep. Update: just had a mold remediation company come out to bid the job. Their plumber and team quoted $2600 for the entire project. Plumbing, mold remediation, drywall and paint included. $1000 cheaper the Genzel quoted for JUST the plumbing. If you call Genzel please make sure you get other quotes. read more

I highly recommend Robby and Genzel Plumbing. He is fair, honest, reliable and extremely competent. We updated a house and had him run a gas line to our home, installed a new water heater, installed new toilets, kitchen and bathroom faucets, disposal and outside spigots. I can't explain how thankful I am for Genzel Plumbing!! We had an underground leak that came up on Sunday and made it so that we had to shut off our water. Genzel sent two young men in company uniform to our home. We had an issue with a refrigerator faucet for ice water that was broken. They were able to replace the faucet in 20 minutes, and cleaned up the area after.
