Absolutely appalled and dissatisfied with the service of this company. DO not. I REPEAT, waste your time and money with this company. I used the service, Pablo came out and advised me that it would be 285.00. I repeat. 285, or 630 for 2, I asked and verified this information with him more than once, after the completion of the service, now my bill is 389 plus + tax. When I responded confused, Pablo got confrontational, and rude. Making me feel very very uncomfortable, I just paid the fee to get away from the situation, Pablo THEN gave me his PERSONAL, cell phone #, and told me to call him for a deal on a second key. I immediately called and asked for a manger, was told to email, called today and spoke with mem, explained the situation and I at first thought we were off to a good start, told her I felt jerked around, and uncomfortable. She seemed to understand. Told me to give her 2 hours. I call back 3 hours later to be told she's eating lunch, give her 10 Minutes to call me back, 30 minutes later I call back and she says oh well we can do $30, but if you want more than that you'll have to wait till Monday cause our owner is gone, and we're not gonna do this twice. THEN advises instead of being able to refund to my card, they need to send me a check. I tried to give this company a chance before reporting, but after today's encounter I would love to avoid anyone else having this experience. Save yourself the time and the money, because it's for sure not customer oriented, or satisfactory. sorry pros on call, $30 wasn't enough hush money for me!

The most amateurish locksmiths I have ever used. I was expecting locksmiths to rekey the lock, but…read moreall they knew were using: credit card to open doorknob, and drill to open deadbolt. The guy came to my house with credit card, and when he found out the deadbolt was locked, he called a backup, and the solution was to drill my deadbolt lock for an additional $180. $30 alone just for showing up, whether they could get anything done or not. If drilling out the lock was the only solution they knew, I could get a tool from Home Depot or Lowe's for a lot less. Totally amateurs.

I called no answer. Left a message. Few minutes later a call from NJ area code. i ask if I have 4…read morelocks all same key , can you rekey one and I use the key to open all 4. He said yes. He wanted to send out a Tech. I told him I will take it to store. I went to store on Jackson Rd. I ask the person in the store the same question. He said let me check he came back and said yes But we can't do it now you have to come back in an hour. I ask him how much to rekey the lock he said $45. He ask me to leave the deadbolt lock and the doorknob. I told him to call when ready.about 2&1/2 hours later he called. it's ready I ask how much he said $95! I ask ok so will this key open the other locks I have that were keyed the same. He said no, I'll send out a Tech to key those. I ask how much, he said $35 trip plus time to rekey other locks. We got into argument I told him he was being unethical, He said he didn't know it was the type of lock that couldn't be keyed. I told him he should have called me. The Guy was making a lot of excuses never made any sense. Any way, bottom line! you can't trust the people at this Company. Beware! What they tell you may not be how it happens! Not ever using Premier lock and telling all my friends, BEWARE!!!!! They don't deserve 1 star. PS I didn't go back and pick up the locks and didn't pay the $95.00.
