I have a technician that hasn't been communicative to say the least, it has been frustrating trying to reach out to them because I don't get anything back? Twice I've been told that the customer service is going to escalate this issue to management with no ETA provided when I could get a call back. Not even an ETA for the technician because they apparently need a specific piece for my key fob, but the least they can do is tell us "hey it's 4th of July weekend and won't be able to get this fob working until Monday morning". First off, when we called from Harlingen and asked if they were located in town they responded yes. Lies!! When the tech showed up 3 hours later to work on our shed lock, he had no parts or idea how to fix. Said he would have to take lock to Pharr and try to see if they could fix it there!! I called them 4 times over three weeks because they no call/no showed for their appointments THREE times and left us waiting at home all day for appointments they never showed up for. They do not respect your time so do not waste your time with this company. Itai is the smartest locksmith I have ever met. I did Google "What To Do When Locked Out Of Your House?", and dismissed the suggestion to "See If a Window Is Open" completely. Itai first noticed the locks were smart locks and couldn't be picked, so his brain started working on alternative solutions. I just bought the house 3 weeks ago, so I thought sellers were locking windows the way I would do mine, without verifying. Itai found at least two windows that were not locked, and managed to get into the house through a window. This is the best solution one could ever have. Waiting for another guy with tool to make a key would take more time, and drilling holes on the lock is destructive. Itai gave the best solution money can buy. read more

Locked keys in trunk on vehicle with no interior release. Was quoted 140 to have a key cut and agreed to that price. Guy showed up and basically pulled rear seat open and released trunk. Called ahead of time, and the lady who answered told me they had the key in stock. Trusting her I went right away, instead I was lied to and given one that did not work. They programmed the wrong key fob, deleted all programmed keys so the theft light turned on. Didn't try to fix the theft light and took over 6 hours to get the key programmed & cut.
