The guy came to my house with credit card, and when he found out the deadbolt was locked, he called a backup, and the solution was to drill my deadbolt lock for an additional $180. $30 alone just for showing up, whether they could get anything done or not. If drilling out the lock was the only solution they knew, I could get a tool from Home Depot or Lowe's for a lot less. Totally amateurs.
