The techs take their time, they're skilled, and every manicure gets a nice exfoliation in addition to moisturizer. 3) There's diversity. The wax used here is hard wax and works phenomenal. The waxes I receive are: Brazilian, lower legs, upper lip, side burns, and cheeks. Nicole does an excellent job! I used to get waxed at a nail salon (I've been getting waxed for about 10 years now) and what a nightmare that was. I can assure you that when I leave here, I don't even feel that I've just gotten a Brazilian wax, it's wild actually. I go right next door to shop at TJMaxx like it's nothing. At the nail salon I'd have to mentally prepare myself and ice for a day after - how crazy!!! Nicole is very sweet as well. She has a kind voice, and she talks to you the entire time. After knowing her for a few years now, I feel as though she is a friend of mine. She makes you feel very comfortable during your wax. I just know I'll be getting waxed by Nicole until the end of time, and I hope she never leaves the area! I don't know what I'd do without her. As for the business itself, it's clean inside and they have a single men's bathroom and single women's bathroom. They have many products up front by the checkout counter which they do push their waxers to sell to their clients. Everything there I can really do without except the ingrown hair serum which is an absolute must, so I highly suggest that to prevent ingrown hairs. Also, the person who checks you out when you are done always tries selling you packages. You just have to say no if you don't want it. I have packages for every single one of my waxes because I know I'm going to get waxed forever, so for me it's worth it. If you're not sure, just wait. The best deal is usually the buy 9 get 3 free.
