This place provides the most consistent and enjoyable experience every single time and I'll tell you why: 1) It's big and beautiful. Truly. They have 16 stations and 12 pedi chairs, and while I always make a reservation I'm never left waiting. 2) Quality is beyond the standard. Rushing doesn't happen here even when it's busy. There's not someone else doing your nails in the middle of your pedicure to save time. The techs take their time, they're skilled, and every manicure gets a nice exfoliation in addition to moisturizer. 3) There's diversity. It's so pleasant to see a diverse group of artists in one space, from different ethnicities, male and female, young and old. I've never seen anything like it. Okay so I've been coming to this salon for a while now, and I've always had great experiences, which is why I keep coming back. The staff is friendly , and my services have always been done really well. However, my visit today for a gel pedicure was unfortunately very disappointing!. The nail tech (I believe her name was Liz) seemed to rush through the entire service and was not gentle at all. She ended up breaking skin on toes and didn't even ask the shape or how I wanted it done or even give me the books of colors to choose from, anyways , the experience was very uncomfortable and honestly painful. It didn't feel like the level of care and quality I'm used to here... That said, I still think highly of this salon based on my past visits, but I'm hoping this was just a one off experience, honey I would definitely just be more cautious about who I book with next time. read more

Went with my mom for basic pedicures and I think I've found my nail spot! The place is spacious and very clean. The service is excellent and we ended up upgrading our pedicures to deluxe for $10 more - be prepared they do try to gently upsell / convince you to get a little more services, but it's not forced nor rude. The process is very smooth from scheduling to payment - only cash tips allowed. They have lots of nail color options and both specialists we worked with were great! read more

5 full stars for the waxing. Ask for Rosa!!! She's the best. I was a bit nervous at first because when I asked for waxing they had to ask each other who knew how to do waxing. But once I was with Rosa she calmed my nervous. She was very friendly and nice. She's a Jack of all trades because she also does nails as well as lashes. I may ask for her next time to try lashes or nails. I was so nervous coming to try a new spot especially because I've had experience of places where they messed up the shape or took off more than I wanted for my eyebrows - but if you have Rosa you're in good hands. She waxes, trims, and even goes back with tweezers. Her attention to detail is spot on! Honestly this place made me feel better than going next door to the European wax center because the nail salon charged half the price (my upper lip and eyebrows were $18). Where I docked some stars. My manicurist was so nice but the actual service quality fell short. I came in for a regular pedi and gel mani. I was a bit disappointed by the mani and pedi. Took some close up photos but some (not all) of the nails painted did not reach the cuticle, there's a slight gap or some had spillage of color. But most concerning when I tried to communicate to my nail tech it was hurting she assumed it was getting too hot and moved the towel under but that didn't sit well with me. I took my elderly grandmother there and he was very mindful of her physical limitations and kept gently helping her when she was not placing her hands in the right spot. Terribly ran business. My fiancé made an appointment soon as they open 10am which they are never open on time. So I drop her off at 10am the worker/owner that shows up at 10:05 and he doesn't know where the keys are to open the establishment. People are waiting outside until 10:30 until a lock smith shows up then finally opens the doors 10:50. My fiancé with the 10 o'clock appointment had a mani/pedi appointment she gets seen @11:15 for her pedi but then gets lost in the chaos to get her nails started at noon for a 10am appointment. This business is an embarrassment, to have only 1 key to the lock, to lose the key, to have no system in place to know who has what and to properly serve the people with earlier appointment. To only offer 25% off to people for their 2 hour wait is ridiculous. I will never go here again. read more

The salon is beautiful and the staff are very nice. Customer service is great here. Went in for a gel mani and regular pedi. I had gel polish over my natural nails. They used acetone with foil PLUS the drill for removal. It burned my nails and made them incredibly weak. It's not necessary to do both just for gel polish. Soak and file is all it needed. You can probably ask for no drill but I personally do not like using both acetone and the drill on gel polish removal. read more

went for dip powder nails, as they claim they do. immediately they told me to pick a color so I did. noticed all gel polish bottles. no dip powder. so max told me this process he does is better. base was a dip powder then all polish is a basic gel manicure. doesn't last and high price for that. called and no remorse just we could do a stronger gel for $55. that is not what my problem is. I hate to write this, as they seem to be very nice people, but honesty wins. I'm not gonna sugar coat a terrible process that isn't what I paid for. read more

Absolutely LOVED my experience at Amasian today! The salon is super clean and well maintained/organized. All the color options are labeled with corresponding numbers. The entire salon staff was courteous, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile. They have massage chairs while you wait which was a super nice treat! Max did my gel manicure and my cuticles were meticulously cleaned and my nails looks amazing (I wish I had taken a before picture). I would recommend this place to anyone and I've already made my next appointment! I've tried so many nail salons in the area and always left less-than satisfied or felt rushed. 3 generations went for pedicures. The place was nice, new and clean BUT, the person doing my mom's toes cut her with the nail file and later it got infected. My daughter got an infection and my person cut herself while doing my pedicure and was bleeding. We will not be going back read more
