They fixed it for 100, so that's okay, but the guy overloads you with info and presents himself as infallible. I then needed some strips to attach a monitor with, and he charged 10 dollars for 2 strips. I laughed because I thought he was kidding. The other guy behind the counter(not the door guy, who again, isn't even good as a greeter.) was going to just give them to me, but the all knowing oracle pretends to be helping you while charging you a ton. He stepped in and made me feel like they were the only solution for my problem. They aren't. I found cuttable rolls for it on Amazon that were thinner and a better fit. The entire roll, which I will have for a year at least, was 6 dollars. Then, I brought in a laptop that admittedly, was pretty messed up. They couldn't fix it so they charged a diagnostic fee of 100 dollars and sent me on my way. That's a pretty heavy fee. Other companies will charge 50.
