Over the last few years I've used them several times with superb service and results. This place knows computers and emphasizes good service. They do not try to sell you things you don't need like most other places. I now trust them and that is not an easy thing to achieve. I am fairly technical but some things are over my head and I don't have time to learn. I've taken them some difficult problems that were seriously impacting my computer for work and they had it fixed quickly and it's worked fine each time. It's an old computer but it works fine and it has many years left in it with them to help me with the occasional problem. Their hourly rate is very reasonable given the sklls and knowledge I've seen demonstrated. They fix it quickly and as a result the bill is not much. I know almost nothing about computers but Joyce was very patient and took time to answer my stupid questions. She told me the cost up front which was MUCH less than office depot or staples. I dropped my computer off on Saturday and it was ready on Monday. Joyce called me twice to let me know what kind of work it was needing and the cost of it. I really appreciate that. I can't say enough about the friendly customer service from the woman who answered the phone. I called on a whim when I drove by to ask if they thought they would be able to help with a laptop for which I had forgotten the password. She assured me they could and quoted me a price that was a quarter of other estimates I'd been given. Sure enough in and out in about 15 minutes and cost exactly what she quoted on the phone. It's kind of hard to spot, so keep your eyes open. Plenty of parking in the rear of the building. Kind of odd when you walk in, there's no real reception area but I didn't have to wonder for long as someone immediately offered help. I will be bringing my computer back for further work. read more

Don't take your computer in unless you don't want it back in a timely manner! I took my laptop in on a Tuesday am and was told they would have a diagnosis and estimate in 2 days. I called Thursday at noon and was told they hadn't looked at it yet, but would get back with me before closing time. 15 minutes before closing time I called and said if they hadn't looked at it yet don't because I will pick it up in the A.M. They said it was on the work bench but they have been busy with in-store customers! I said if I had known that, I would have waited to ensure they looked at it! NOT a good way to run a business!
