My regular dentist and sent me the referral to Advanced Orthodontics because his family has been treated at this location. I had a tooth pain and Dr. Birg was able to adjust teeth and improve my smile taking away the pain. I had nothing but an amazing experience with the whole team. After opting for braces in my adulthood, it was a very pleasant experience, and I am genuinely sad to see this team not be a part of my routine for adjustments. Everyone is so patient, kind, caring and empathetic. This office is great. It is located in cherry creek are. Parking is limited in the front but you can park on the side or back. There's always at least two front desk staff who are available for questions. The waiting area has coffee, tea, and sometimes fresh chocolate chip cookies!! They're soo tasty! They have a station with one time use tooth brushes, floss, and mouthwash. It's nice to come in the office and brush your teeth there right before being seen by the staff. There are a handful of dental chairs lined up in an open space next to each other (don't go here if you want privacy). There's a ton of assistant staff on duty and they're all very kind. I also like that they put smiley faces on the ceiling lights so you can see them when you lean back in the chair. Dr Birg is an incredibly kind individual. He is extremely patient, willing to answer all questions, and is always smiling. I got Invisalign treatment done here and he did a great job. I highly recommend this place!! read more

Would recommend, an ortho you can trust. My retainer broke and needed to be replaced, they sat down and discussed the options with me. After this meeting I went to several other Denver orthodontists for quotes and I saw how much of a good deal this place was. Their professionalism is top-notch and the results speak for themselves. I (almost) wish I was a kid again having to get braces again just so I could be a patient of his. In about 1 year they widened my daughter's mouth with an expander to allow space for her permanent teeth to come in, straightened the teeth and massively corrected her bite. We are back!.. For part B of my son's orthodonture. (Technically it's his 3rd set of braces but let's not brag). Dr. Rudman and his staff are wonderful. Dr. Rudman puts the braces on himself and monitors every decision. That's how you know you're getting the best care. Even when the pre-made mold of your child's braces with appliances attached needs to adhere to the teeth with laser technology, and your child's enamel is rebelling, Dr. Rudman was persistent. After three tries, my child is now our new WiFi receiving tower when Colorado storms blow out our internet connection. Dr. Rudman has the latest technology to provide the best care to straight teeth. He also is highly experienced in his field. It was a no brainier for us to return. But of course I'm not wearing the braces only paying for it. Checking the complicated rail road crossing appliances at night makes my eyes crossed. And there's drama involved but proper alignment is necessary for healthy jaw function later in life. read more

This office is incredible. The staff is amazing as I am a over 40 yr old gentlemen that needed corrective jaw surgery. I went in to get information last summer and everything was up front, detailed and any questions I had were answered. I felt a bit uneasy about going through all the treatment steps but it was all-laid out and nothing was short-changed. I have been to this office for my braces now about 6 times and every time I am wowed at the entire staff. The work is detailed and they are super fast and polite always. COVID compliant of course. Smiling faces, good energy, laughs and they are just on-point with everything. Very clean and organized office and the view is tremendous when you sit in your chair. I asked the lady working on me yesterday how many patients the doctor has and although she didn't know the answer she did say they treat up to 100 patients every day! That is something else. Doctor Rudman has treated me for almost 5 years now, and has been the best thing to ever happen to my teeth. In 7th grade, he glued on my braces, which I was supposed to have for 24 months. Both of my kids saw Dr. Rudman for orthodontic care. One of my daughters had to have braces a second time due to a tooth that wasn't right after the braces were removed the first time. It was a long process to get Dr. Rudman to apply the braces the second round. He kept having her come in to look at her retainer and put little bump outs in the retainer to try to repair the tooth which never worked. long story short after two rounds of braces and many many visits to repair the retainer, her tooth is still not in a proper placement. It happens to be one of her upper front teeth, so it is incredibly noticeable. Dr. Rudman just kept telling her to wear her retainer. We told him repeatedly that she was wearing her retainer but there was something wrong with it. I ended up finding another orthodontist, who is going to be putting her into Invisalign. This whole thing has cost me a fortune, and many many wasted hours. read more

He did an excellent job for all of us especially me and probably one of the best decisions I made. I wish I could give it negative stars. I had sent an email describing my situation and they called me back about it 2 times in one day while I was at work then when I was able to reply later that day they didn't know who I was. The soonest appointment was 10 days out so I took it and took time off of work. I headed out there for my 1040 appointment and hit really bad traffic about 15 minutes out. So I called to let them know that I would be about 10/15 minutes late. I was immediately put on hold. Then the girl returned and not so politely said they would not be able to see me and that I would have to reschedule. I asked her could she check again if there was anything they could do and told her that I was suggested to come there, I had already waited ten days for an appointment and that I had taken time off of work and driven from boulder. I was already 45 minutes into my drive. And its Denver traffic. She told me to hold again and another girl got on the phone and restated that I could reschedule. for next week, mid day. And that's it. Waste of time and money. I would expect that they could at least offer something like well we can get started with the appointment and finish another day....or an early morning appointment....or something besides for turn around and drive an hour and half today and take more time off of work and wait another week. Because of ten minutes of traffic. Very rude. read more

I struck gold with this Orthodontic practice (or should I say silver)! Our family couldn't be happier with the orthodontic care our daughter (who is 13) has received for the past 6 years. Though we've never won anything, there's always that possibility that we could.
