Since I wrote my original review, I decided to get braces myself to touch up some issues resulting from not wearing my retainer in my teen years. (Wear your retainer, kids!) Now that I'm a patient and not just a parent/ moneybags, I have a new perspective. I've gotten to know both Dr. Levin + her team more closely and I love them all. Dr. Levin is a fun fireball of energy and her staff is always so friendly and happy! I'm not excited about having braces as an adult, so Dr Levin helped me develop a plan that moves me through my Invisalign trays in record time! Two additional members of my family have also started and (almost) finished their Invisalign since my original review, and I have referred my cousin + several friends here. Absolutely no one is disappointed and I highly doubt you will be either! It's also worth noting that I've never waited more than 60 seconds in the 5 1/2 years that my family has been seeing Dr Levin! Have you ever met someone and immediately trusted them and knew they're doing what they love? That's exactly how I felt with Dr. Levin and her staff. (Should out, Lacey and Stephanie!) I immediately felt comfortable and not to mention, this is the 3rd ortho I saw, and she was half the treatment time, as well as half the cost; she also has better technology. The previous orthodontists told me metal was my only option and I was looking at 1.5- 2 years total and a ridiculous amount of $ for all of this. Levin ortho uses Lightforce technology which is a 3D printed bracket, specifically made for your teeth, it's unreal. Faster, less damaging and less visits to adjust these puppies. Being told you need braces and jaw surgery at 34 is a crappy feeling but finding this office has made me feel hopeful and finally upbeat about the whole scenario. I have been at Levin Orthodontics for four years. My son got his phase 1 braces on at eight years old it off at nine years old. He's 12 1/2 years old and has all his permanent teeth in and his teeth are still completely straight. I would highly recommend doing the phase 1 to help assist all the teeth coming in. read more

The office is organized, efficient, and makes it easy to schedule appointments for multiple family members. Dr. Levin has a wonderful bedside manner, and communicates clearly regarding treatment plans. The best part is all the fun things they do for patients - monthly contests, free shave ice events in the summer, milestone celebrations, etc. These things are necessary of course but make heading to the orthodontist just a bit more fun! read more

I started Invisalign treatment with Dr. Levin in Janaury 2018. I just had my attachments removed and I am thrilled with the results. Additionally, I must say I came away very impressed after doing business with Dr. Levin, it was a pleasant experience every step of the way. I originally planned to get a quote and shop around. However, at the consultation they asked if I had insurance, and I said "I don't think think my insurance will cover Invisalign," especially since I had braces when I was a teenager. They insisted it is worth checking and they found my insurance (Delta dental) covers adult braces, I'm grateful they took the time to check. They also gave me an in-network discount so my total out-of-pocket came to around $3500 which was less than what I was expecting to pay. The office visits were highly professional. I have never worked with a business that takes the customer experience as seriously as Dr. Levin's. The attention to detail is remarkable, I even saw Dr. Levin outside of the office at a store, and she approached me, remembered my name and asked how I was doing! Due to my job, I required the flexibility to schedule my appointments a day or two in advance. I never once had an issue with getting in. I highly recommend Dr. Levin to anyone looking for an orthodontist. read more

I started my Invisalign treatment with Dr. Levin in March 2018 after years of much consideration of getting my teeth straightened. I shopped around, looked at reviews, spoke with Invisalign themselves and they too were in agreement with all of the 5 star reviews I read. After months of going into her office I couldn't agree more! Dr. Levin is always patient, willing to answer all of my MANY questions, AND she genuinely wants her clients to be happy with their results. The front desk staff is always super friendly, and attentive. The office is also super cute, and the wait is never longer than 2 minutes. I could go on and on, they're amazing. Love this practice!!!! My son was very anxious and nervous about getting braces. From the moment we walked through the door EVERYONE made sure to explain everything to him. Taking their time to show him exactly what was going to happen. Everyone in this practice cares and you can truly see that they enjoy what they do!! Not only is Dr. Levin extremely professional and knowledgable, she's approachable, kind, and communicative (not to mention fun and gorgeous!). Her practice is well-deserving of the many 5280 Top of the Town awards they have received and many more. She has formed her practice into a group of fantastic and bubbly women - it is a classy yet down-to-earth bunch. My children started in this practice six years ago, on my dentist's recommendation, and I couldn't be happier. My teenage son and daughter adore Dr. Levin and talk about 'how nice' she is. The staff are well-informed, efficient, and always upbeat. In six years, Dr. Levin has never been late, works the kids in if needed, and she responds quickly and graciously to off-hours emergencies. The office is computerized, so it's easy to make appointments and they send email reminders. My children both have had braces and Dr. Levin fitted me with retainers for some teeth that were beginning to move.
