My first appointment consisted of a two-minute conversation after a two-minute evaluation. After that speedy visit, he added an extremely alarming and rare diagnosis to my chart without mentioning it to me in the slightest. When I brought it up at my follow-up appointment, not only did he have no recollection of my first visit and believed he was meeting me for the first time, but he also did not know anything about the alarming diagnosis he had entered himself. Even though it was mildly aligned with my symptoms, he claimed he thinks he entered it by mistake, that everything "looked fine," and was once again sent on my way today. I know something is going on with my ear, and I'm looking forward to seeing an actual specialist who will take the time to evaluate me properly or, at the very minimum, have context from our first visit together. Based on my experience here, I would absolutely not recommend David Foyt or this office to anyone.

She was extremely nervous about the appointment and was visibly shaking when Dr. Lough entered the room. Rather than helping put her at ease, the interaction felt cold and dismissive from the start. When I explained her anxiety, his response came across as sarcastic rather than reassuring. Throughout the visit, I felt that both my concerns and my daughter's concerns were minimized. When I shared observations about her symptoms and experiences from speaking with other parents, I was told that I was "saying a lot of right things, but also a lot of wrong things." The comment felt unnecessarily condescending and immediately shut down what should have been a collaborative discussion. The examination itself was very brief. Dr. Lough noted that my daughter has large tonsils and suggested that she may simply need to "grow into them." While I understand that surgery is not always the appropriate solution, I was hoping for a more thorough discussion about possible causes, treatment options, next steps, or what symptoms we should continue monitoring. Instead, I left feeling as though our concerns were dismissed. What disappointed me most was the lack of bedside manner. Medical expertise is important, but so is communication, especially when working with children who are already anxious about a medical appointment. My daughter commented on the way she was treated as soon as we got back to the car, which reinforced my own concerns about the interaction. Three months ago I met with Dr. Hudson and his team and was given three options. Dr. Hudson recommended a sinus balloon dilation. Did the procedure and there was a drastic improvement in my breathing. I am a CPAP user and I no longer need to use sinus sprays before sleep. I just wish I had found this practice earlier but I am so thankful to my primary physician, Dr. Tyhssen for setting it up. Great Doctor and staff and a very happen patient. Never thought I would rave about a medical procedure but this warranted it.

What's really nice and comforting, is that she also knows the experience of nasolasty herself! Once she set the scope, she saw where it needed to be cauterized. I told him that, in fact, I did. He said he noticed an irritation in my throat and that I have acid reflux. Problem solved in a matter of minutes! I did the prescribed sleep studies. Wore the C-pap mask (hated it!). Elected to do the surgery. He was awesome! His staff was very helpful and accommodating as well.

My mother lost faith in this practice and sought out a new doctor that she is happy with. Evidently it's time to do the same with my father's medical needs. This venue is the only means by which I have to express my feelings as the office has yet to call back, even after a lengthy, detailed and quite angry message. The doctor may be acceptable but the front office staff should be terminated and replaced with someone more competent.
