I wish I could give negative 5 stars! Had a consult with David. It was the worst professional (and I use that word loosely, as he was anything but professional!) I have ever taken part in. He was curt, condescending and disrespectful. Calling me "sister" and referring to my ex-husband as "homeboy!" Do you image he uses that verbiage with all potential clients or just the black ones? He kept interrupting me and was so obviously not listening to me, as he kept giving me answers and mansplaining scenarios that had nothing to do with my issue. Then he ended the meeting; quite abruptly by literally saying, "I have no more time for you!" A terrible experience with a terrible person! read more

Andrea was fantastic at helping me understand the rules and procedures that would take place in my particular scenario . I was able to go in on a Thursday and on a Monday afternoon all the paperwork was ready to be reviewed and signed. In about a week or less everything was completed and the paper work was sent to the court house. The turnaround time was fast!! I heard of APS from a family friend and went to them for my divorce. My ex-husband and I are very cordial which made this process that much easier. They helped fill out all the docs, and took care of everything for us so we didn't have to go to an actual courtroom. Veronica and Andrea were amazing through it all! If payment is an issue, they are able to work with you and allow monthly payments. Communication was also great from the beginning. Bullshit service, front desk is nice,but the guy providing service is rude, had a appointment at 3pm, didn't got to talk to him until 3.30,because he haven't done with somebody before us, our lawyer told us to do a discover and that will be about 500, but he said we need do a motion and will be 2.000 dollars, and I ask what is motion? He says answer us enough question, didn't even got to talk to him more than 5 minutes, what a bullshit, if you want people buy your service, at least explain what they paying for. Made a lot if mistakes eventhough proper documentation was given and if you're anxious about your case and you oversee something because you're unsure what exactly to proof read it may likely cost you custody over your kids. read more

I called to get information regarding services on how to proceed with small claims. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!!!! I spoke with David on the phone and he's EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! Has no people skills at all. David, please learn how to speak to people and don't tell someone to "Go away" when I wouldn't pay this office for your services. First meeting with David was maybe 3 minutes long and before I new it I was handing him my credit card for a charge of $400. Papers I needed RELEASE OF LIABILITY for two properties. After dropping off what they needed from me the end of December I heard nothing from them!!! I called them on the 20th of January to see if they are done. David does not call me back, even though the secretary said he was in with someone and would call back when done. I call back the next day to talk to David,he try's to tell me he was in court. (you should check on what your secretary tells everybody) And then David tries to say he has to charge me more because he didn't charge me enough. I told him there was no way I was giving him MORE money!! I did finally get 1/2 the paper work I needed. Will go else where for any paralegal service!! These people do not have there act together!!!
