I used Pillpak for years, then Amazon bought them. Slowly but surely, like the vast majority of Amazon acquired businesses, the customer service deteriorated. It got to the point they stopped having any responsibility for contacting the doctor for renewals, which you didn't find out until you received your shipment. Since many of us old folks rely on very important medications this created an undo and serious health risk. I shopped around and found Medbox. Their customer service surpassed the service of Pillpak pre-buy out. They stay in touch, send you a notice well in advance to review your expected upcoming shipments and even offer to contact your doctor for you should they notice a missing med before they contact you. When I"ve had a problem (in the delivery service) they promptly FEDEXed me a replacement medbox the next day. I am so impressed with them that I've taken the time to do something I rarely do, write a review. I highly recommend that if you like the convenience of not only have your drugs mail ordered and deilvered, but separated into a daily packet, for a full month, you sign up for Medbox.The day and date as well as time of day are on each packet so you'll know if you missed or already took a dose. Ameripharma hands down the best. My care team the best!! Aziz my pharmacist the best! UPS sucks they miss treated Ameripharma. My TPN that keeps me alive was shipped out 1-16-24 overnight next day air delivery. UPS made no attempt to deliver my medicine or supplies claimed due to bad weather, road closing. UPS lied to me, and Ameripharma! I84 was reopened Wednesday at 9:30. Portland UPS never attempted to deliver my medicine!! UPS does work on Saturdays but refused to deliver my medicine my TPN that keeps me alive. UPS claims that Ameripharma didn't pay for weekend service this medicine was to be delivered on Wednesday and kept refrigerated at a certain temperature. UPS has left it sitting in its truck non refrigerator truck and says it will arrive Monday. UPS is a rip off and doesn't care about medically necessary helping people that need their medication. However Ameriapharma Aziz resent me my medicine by FedEx which was delivered overnight today before 12. I had been without my TPN since Thursday. Ameripharma rose to the challenge and went beyond my expectations of helping me. You know, you guys have been my pharmacy now since 2017, when I was living at Abria del Cielo Asst Lvng in San Bernardino. I was there for 4 years and then got well enough to be out on my own again. I was a sick girl with SO many health issues. Medbox has helped me tremendously. I no longer miss doses or forget to pick up my meds. The easy refils make life easier, and the little box to hold all my pills looks much more elegant than an entire shelf of bottles. My shipments have always been on time, and the medbox team is so great at communicating. No long wait times when i call, or i can simply send a text and they get back to me asap. I never new there was a better more pleasant way to have my prescriptions filled until I saw an add on fb. I decided to give it a try and I'm so thrilled that I did. MedBox got all my meds from my pharmacy and asked a few question! That was it! Not only does it arrive at my front door but it comes with a plastic container that stores my prescription it small packs for the date and time you take them. mebox was also cheaper than my pharmacy on 2 or 3 meds. A local pharmacy, I have used for years, stopped carrying a life saving drug of mine and did not notify me. Thankfully I found MedBox!! MedBox has done an amazing job transferring my medications over from five different doctors. They simplified a complicated process. They have a major pre packaged prescription company left in the dust, as far as I'm concerned. This major company bought out another good company and left a mess. After three months, they still had not gotten the transition of prescriptions correct on my account. MedBox took over my account and on day one, had everything back on schedule.
