I came for the convenience, but I've been blown away by the standard of care. Unlike some places where you don't get much attention, just a bunch of "do this, now do that" -- here the focus was on me with LOTS of hands-on tailored to my needs with expertise as well as compassion. All the staff are friendly, professional and helpful too -- Kristy the other regular therapist and Julie on reception. The staff here work really hard to get you better, I've had more sessions than I care to count -- making progress, I should add! -- and I've watched them working with other patients, not just me. Everyone gets a fantastic level of input. The mood is light, the intention is serious - to get you back to full functioning again! The therapists give you so much of their own effort & energy, alongside your own, honestly I wonder how they can keep it up. But they do! Oh of course the facility is clean and bright, very well-equipped -- and prompt, friendly driver Diane is available to take you if you can't get there under your own steam. Instead, I was told that imaging wasn't necessary and was recommended a course of massages. After two weeks, there was some slight improvement, and I was informed that Dr. Peter would perform spinal manipulations on my neck. I clearly expressed that I was afraid of any neck-related procedures. While I was lying face down on the table, the doctor entered without a greeting or explanation, abruptly cracked my neck on both sides, and walked out without saying a word. Immediately after the procedure, I developed a severe headache on my way home. Ibuprofen helped for the first few days, but soon after, I began experiencing nausea, dizziness, and worsening pain. When I called the clinic to report these symptoms, I was given an appointment only several days later. At the follow-up, Dr. Peter falsely claimed that I had refused an MRI at the beginning, which is not true. When I corrected him, he threatened to call the police if I didn't leave the clinic within three minutes. No referral for MRI or proper treatment (such as steroids) was provided. It felt like they were trying to avoid having any documented evidence of their mistakes. This experience was not only unprofessional but also dangerous. I strongly advise against going to this clinic -- especially allowing anyone to perform neck manipulations without proper imaging. Dr. Peter showed a shocking lack of professionalism, communication, and concern for patient safety.

After an intense knee surgery, I was in need of additional PT, and from my very first session, Carrie was consistently a good listener, respected my feelings, and honored my pain, progress, and situation. She always put me first and acknowledged that I knew my body best. Every session was catered and personalized to what I needed at the moment and she never defaulted to a standard routine. From icing to taping, to using a variety of PT tools, I was always impressed with her dedication to my case and her genuine desire to heal me. Carrie never seized to impress me with her knowledge as she would be quick to grab a knee model and name ligaments, tendons, and their functions to help my understanding. I really valued how she stayed on top of my health by being in constant communication with my surgeon, knee specialist, and keeping records of my images and paperwork. What I most appreciated about my over two months of being Carrie's patient, is how in tune she was with how I was feeling and what I needed. She never questioned my pain or tolerance--at every stage, she acknowledged and respected my sentiments. Carrie never dismissed what I felt about my knee (although at times it was difficult for me to explain!) and she always, always believed me. As a patient, this level of sincerity and trust is essential. Because of this environment, my journey was not forced, but a natural progression at the right pace for me. In addition, the PT aids Michelle, Pooja, and Kate were incredible in contributing to successful sessions by being fast, eager to help, and attentive to me, staying by my side while I did exercises. In addition, my insurance says I owe less than what I am being billed. I have brought this to Athletico's attention and provided the EOB's from my insurance and they continue to text that my statements are ready to be paid but they haven't made any changes to the statements or reached out with an explanation of the discrepancy. Based on this I feel they are trying to balance bill me which they are not allowed to do based on negotiated discounts with my insurance. If you use Athletico I would review your statements carefully before paying.

She helped me tremendously with my postpartum recovery. From C-section recovery and scar treatment/care to pelvic floor dysfunction and pain. I was also having severe back pain from nursing my 2nd son where I physically felt like I couldn't pick my children up or rock my baby and within a week I was feeling better and within 2-3 weeks the pain was gone and never came back. Mandy also helped me during my 2nd pregnancy prepartum with the aches and pains that came along with pregnancy and caring for a toddler. Along with preparing me with ideas and tips that my husband and sister could use to help alleviate some pain during contractions/labor. From the beginning, he was different from all the previous PT locations I have visited (I had spent the last 8 months in PT). The traditional approach being 30 minutes with the therapist, then 30 minutes doing exercises with the tech. He does not follow this format. Instead, he takes the time to listen to you and tailors a recovery program suited to your needs. The one on one care on site and accessibility was genuine and helped me understand my recovery and previous setbacks. I am amazed more PT clinics don't operate this way- I think there would be a lot less of us in PT then. Booking: First appointment made over phone and subsequent ones made on site and they accept most insurance. Parking: Ample parking in lot. Location: A bit tricky to find as it is in a plaza so allot an additional 5-10 minutes for your first visit.
