When I tried to return it, I was told they don't do returns. Second visit - wanted me to buy more vitamins and a pillow. All appointments were scheduled without asking my preference of days or times. Dr. Pendleton is incredibly compassionate, and courteous as well. He has never had an issue prescribing an appropriate level of pain medicine to meet the reasonably expected amount of pain. It's a viscous cycle! doesn't matter to me anymore, but unfortunately for those that can't get out...are being punished for monsters that those same doctors helped create. He did all this while we sat there listening to him bring everyone on board and up to speed. He made sure we thoroughly understood every step that was going to happen. He explained all aspects of what had happened, what was going to happen, and what led us to this point. Dr. Khan literally took phone calls late at night from the specialists.
