Had the Sunavae treatment which consisted of the stem cells and PRP for the inner ears. Was told that they would follow up with a phone call and send the device for the hearing test to me to re-check my hearing. Nothing!!! Dr. John has somewhat of an attitude problem. He is not very personable and acts like he could care less about his clients. I took a chance and spent a lot of money trusting him but would never recommend this place to anyone. I feel my ears have gotten worse because I experience constant fullness and tinnitus which I didn't before. Stay away from this place. He does not deserve your business. read more

I wasn't sure what I was to expect when I arrived. I also went along with a discounted first visit. The dog made me very comfortable at the very beginning. People that like dogs and feel that comfortable to bring them to their place of work makes me at ease right away. Those that do not like dogs I can see would be put out buy it being there. But there are 1 million other places you may attend that do not have dogs. I look forward to finding out if this treatment will really help or not. The office is beautiful, with state of the art technology and a wonderful staff. Dr. John Lieurance is extremely knowledgeable and explains where the root of the problem is, in detail. We had a consultation with Tara, who is not a health care professional and we had to pay $95 for her to "talk" to us, after being told by the front desk that she'd be giving us treatment ideas and detailed plans after she talks to Dr. Lieurance. Despite telling Tara that my daughter had undergone extensive blood work and also was misdiagnosed with Lyme Disease by a Lyme specialist at the HUP, she insisted that my daughter needed to undergo the same tests again and also that the Lyme specialist's diagnosis was a misdiagnosis. She was in fact saying that the esteemed physician at the University of Pennsylvania is a quack and that her nurse practitioner and Dr. Lieurance, who is not even an MD, know more. When we questioned the validity of statements, she got arrogant and told us that their practice was not a "right fit" for us, which I already knew. She also said that they charge a $1000 for an IV infusion of Methylene Blue, silver, copper, and red light. There are places that charge far less than that with the option of bypassing all these unnecessary fees for retest and the doctor's consultation fee. She had nothing to offer during the 16-minute consultation nor got back to us with treatment recommendations from Dr. Lieurance, which she promised. Drove 35 minutes for a consultation they promoted to find out about stem cell and PRP therapy. Waited in dirty, noisy lobby for 45 minutes. Was called to the desk and was told the doctor had left!! I guess that is why it is a free consultation. STAY AWAY for your own health. Dr. John basically saved my life with his procedures. I work in the Construction industry and hurt my arm. Then, my lead Carpenter hurt his knee. We had PRP and stem cell work done and got back to work (I worked the same day but don't recommend it) in two weeks using heavy equipment and those strategic joints. Both I and my lead Carpenter would have been lost from both a physical and financial perspective if I could not have had these treatments.
