I am very thankful to finally find a dr who could figure out my invisible disease. After six year of searching for answers why my health was spiraling downwards. After Many specialist, many test, never no answers nor help. I was loosing hope, running out of time. I felt it destroying my insides. I had symptoms that went through my entire body. I was led to see Dr Davis, I am a complicated case but Dr Davis I learned he was different than the other doctors. He listened to all my symptoms and health issues. Labs ordered to see what was on.. It was not an easy journey because I had an invisible disease. He was constantly searching how to help me out, from conferences to researching on how he might can help me. He's a Dr that his mind is always going, learning & researching how to help his patients. I call him my Mad Dr scientist. I had a standard Lyme test over 5 yrs ago but it came back negative. Little did I know 50% of the results come back false negative. All of the drs never gave it another thought. Maybe MS, sjogrens or scleroderma. Having a tick borne disease for so many years untreated is now in all my organs. Seizures, neurologically, heart, autonomic nervous system, CNS, the list goes on. Hair loss, destroying my organs. To point I was needing assistance to get around. To walk or stand I never knew how much you take for granted. Dr Davis felt it was Lyme even though my test result were negative from my symptoms. He Ordered Vibrant America Labs testing DNA for tick borne diseases. Finally a diagnosis, late stage 3 Lyme disease many strains and coinfections many were rare and Powassan virus which very rare and deadly. After hearing the results A smile on my face that I hadn't felt in many years. Dr Davis had given Me Hope. The results showed I would be a complicated case but we knew that part already. We Started building me back up from Lyme, He brought into the team a top notch Lyme specialist because of Powassan and other rare strains I had that could be very deadly. These two Drs work well together, I finally have a great team to fight this. As Powassan virus goes I will need to build antibodies to fight this virus. It's viral not bacteria like Lyme. But I am finally building some antibodies against this terrible disease. He started me on a strict diet, supplements by what your labs and dna say your missing to fight the disease & to keep my body as strong as possible. medications and ivs treatments weekly & treatments at home are my new protocol. I also had covid pneumonia a hospital visit 2 weeks after starting my Lyme treatments so with the help of Dr Davis & Dr Crozier, they help to build me back up. monitoring me carefully since the Lyme and covid is effecting all my organs. Lyme Powassan was taking over so much I was loosing the ability to walk, my thinking process was going, the pain was unbearable. At times you wish you could just run away from this wicked disease. Seizures coming more frequently. I felt I was dying inside. My body was crying out from the inside & on the outside I had an invisible disease. It's not an easy thing to go thru But that didn't keep Dr Davis from helping me. Hes top notch in my book. He has the ability to research, the wisdom and knowledge to know what to do. He cares what happens to his patients. This is why he is such a great dr. I appreciate all he has done for me. To have a Dr who believed in me, no matter how many symptoms and weird crazy things that could make a head spin. I thank the Lord for sending me to Dr Davis. It can be scary feeling yourself go down so fast with no help but now that I have Dr Davis as one important part of my team, I feel I'm in good hands. I'm starting to feel some of myself coming back. Keeping the faith I know Dr Davis will be able to help in my recovery & preventive care. Starting to feel progress in my treatments I'm starting to feel I have a chance to be around in a much healthier state. I believe my outlook of my future would of not been so good if the Good Lord had not guided me to Dr Davis. to all yelp friends ...i set up an appointment for my wife ,met with the doctor and initially we were very pleased with the way things were going ,but soon after that things turned bad,the blood works taken were left outside the door of the office under the hot sun for ups to pick up and of course the result was that they had to be done again ..(i am not in the medical field) but even i know these things need to be refrigerated,,then came the urine test different problem from their lab,,the nightmare continues after calling their office in bradenton day after day with no response i decided to drive by and check..i found the receptionist on her cell phone and boxes everywhere ,i ask what was going on ..oh she said we are moving to sarasota ,,it would have been nice to let patients know that ,,we will call you in a few days ,,finally a week later a call ,, ,this is not the way to run a business and especially a doctor's office ,,there is some incompetence ,and a little lack of caring on the part of some of the staff...the doctor is good but his staff needs to be better,i don't care how nice the office looks you don't go there to admire the furniture you go there to seek medical help ..things need to improve for sure for the sake of all patients !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! , read more
