The front lobby and massage rooms are pretty plain but are equipped with everything they need. If you're looking for a more luxurious experience, then you may want to look elsewhere. As for the quality of the massage, I was very happy with it so if you're just looking for a good massage, that's reasonably priced then I would suggest elements. Seeking relief from back and neck pain, I've had many massages over the years from different places and therapists, but they all left me disappointed at best, physically agonized at worst. I had pretty much given up on them entirely, but after suffering a concussion in a car accident, and struggling for weeks without improvement, I was desperate. My head was a fuzzball, my body a twisted wreck. I didn't recognize myself, pained and lethargic, and I was getting concerned about the time it was taking to recover. I had Janelle, my friend had a young male (don't remember name). This was by far the worst "deep" tissue massage I have ever had. She spent at least 25 minutes on my anterior neck digging fingers into my neck (WTH). Next she pinched the lower aspect of each pec major and it was painful and bizarre.
