He is fun, patient, informative and took his time with my child. I love that he wanted us to do more tests before jumping the gun for a tonsillectomy. Wait time is a bit of an annoyance but I expected it. My appt was at 11:10 and was not seen until 12. There were a ton of people being seen on a Monday. Check in was easy. The front desk staff gave me a tablet of some sort instead of paperwork to fill out. I was even able to pay via table so it made it east. The clinic was a bit small but I expected it. My expectations werent high but glad I went.

He also told his staff, which were great by the way, "Don't send her a link to post a review". In hearing that, now I have to wonder how many 5 stars are actually that many, since those he doesn't get a long with aren't allowed to post a review. Now that makes me wonder about the whole "rating" platforms as a whole. I will be sending Dr W an entire chapter from a medical book of to get him up to speed on what he doesn't know and what he belittled me in. I hope this will help him to not only treat patients kinder, but also have actual medical knowledge on a subject he knew nothing about.

I also really appreciate the staff who administer the allergy shots--they are always friendly, professional, and make the process quick and easy. My only frustration is with the billing process. The office requires payment upfront before insurance has fully processed the claim. I understand this is likely due to delays between insurance and the billing department, but it can be frustrating as a patient who consistently pays medical bills on time. For example, I'm still waiting for credits to be applied to my account while continuing to receive bills for serum charges. I would much prefer the option to keep a card on file and have charges processed after insurance has been billed and the patient responsibility is finalized. It's much easier to pay a balance owed than to wait for credits or refunds to be applied. Despite this concern, the quality of care from Dr. Ching and the clinical staff keeps me coming back.

First, I received a bill for $50 which I was told covered the allergy skin test I had received. I explained to the billing department that when I checked in for my appt, I was told that my co-pay covered the skin test (the receptionist specifically stated this). I never heard back so I assumed that phone call had taken care of everything. However, a couple months later, I received another bill for almost $300 and have been receiving monthly statements for this "balance." I will never visit this office again. They clearly do not have their act together and the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing. Now I have to take time out of the things I have going on to call and deal with something that is due to their incompetence, not mine. Insanely frustrating.

Unfortunately I don't remember her name, please let her how much I appreciate her care. Stephanie Watson was amazing, she eased my concerns and was so gentle to my sore ear. Jacqueline McLeod! Wow! I needed to have a scope done (I hate those things!) She was so gentle and the procedure was quick. Less than 24 hours and I feel much better. I am so impressed with the care I got. I highly recommend this medical group.

1 Star I rarely…read moreleave 1-star reviews, so when I do, it means I was genuinely dissatisfied with my experience and would not return. To be fair, I had a positive experience with Dr. Taffet, and my son's ear tube surgery at St. Joseph's went very smoothly. However, the repeated issues I encountered with the front office staff and communication ultimately overshadowed the positives. My first experience with the office set the tone. I arrived 7 minutes late due to traffic within their parking lot while trying to manage a sick one-year-old with a 101-degree fever from recurrent ear infections and a very active two-year-old. I understand that I was late and that office policies must be followed, but the front desk employee was extremely dismissive and showed no empathy for the situation. I was turned away and told to come back later that afternoon. Another concerning experience occurred 15 days after my son's ear tube surgery. He developed what we later learned was an allergic reaction to anesthesia. When I called the after-hours line on a Saturday, I was told they only assist patients who are within 14 days of surgery. After explaining the situation, the representative eventually agreed to help but repeatedly stated that she would "get in trouble" for doing so. As a worried parent, that was not reassuring. The most frustrating experience involved my son's ongoing ear infections after tube placement. Multiple antibiotics had failed, and I left a voicemail explaining that I work night shift, sleep during the day, and I asked that my husband be contacted ASAP. No one called him that day. When I woke up and called the office, I was met with some of the rudest customer service I have experienced in healthcare. I was given no help before the office closed. My son spent the entire night awake and crying from an untreated ear infection. The next morning, we were simply told to use Ciprofloxacin ear drops that we ALREADY had at home. This information could have been communicated in under two minutes the evening before and would have saved my son a painful night. My baby developed full body hives immediately following his surgery, and we thought the cause was the Cipro ear drops, so that's why I was hesitant to give them. Turns out it was just the anesthesia, but we had no way of knowing that until we tried the Cipro drops again. I have worked in healthcare for 10 years, and what stood out most throughout these experiences was the lack of communication, empathy, and basic customer service. While I appreciated Dr. Taffet and had a positive surgical experience, the repeated issues with the office staff and follow-up care were significant enough that I would seek a different ENT provider in the future.

I suppose you have to read English to understand the entries so I'm out luck. I would never consider using this service, nor would I recommend it to anyone else. If its not the 24/7 weeds blossoming due to the moderate temperatures, the fine desert talcum like dust can get into every opening of respiratory system. In summer dust storms stir up a host of allergens as well as fungal spores that cause illnesses like valley fever. As a business owner in AZ for 20yrs+ and diagnostics expert in many capacities I was at first skeptical that anyone could EVER relieve me of allergies. Dr. Justin Haggard PROVED ME WRONG!!! In March 2016 a senseless car crash was followed up by life-threatening internal bleeding. While in hospital I was given a medicine orally that even after release I was to continue using ,but figured out I was extremely allergic to it. I needed it to continue keeping me Alive! The allergy gave me neck & back pain, pounding, racing headache and a mild fever. After 1 Treatment at Allergyfreeaz my adverse reaction was GONE 100% . I even noticed my Life Long allergies to fresh fruits and vegetables was reduced by 90% as medication was an oral fluid. So my esophagus mouth etc were having this allergic reaction. 2 hrs after this treatment I was literally Cured and ate my first RAW AVOCADO EVER WITH 0 SYMPTOMS!!! Now after a year mild food allergies started appearing so got treated for the exact foods and no issues at all. I highly recommend this treatment @ $90 a session its Worth its Weight in GOLD. - Stan P. ( Phoenix)

All they are concerned with is lining their pockets! First visit $195, then $15 blood draw, then paying upfront for ordering of pellets of $122.54, then a follow up of $175.50 then finally the insertion of yet another $195!!! There were 2 other blood draws of $15 each. I had been paying $300 from a specialist up until just recently she raised her price to $350. And yes, that's pellets and insertion. I paid WVNC almost $800 to feel like shit!! Dr Huynh did not listen to me, she reduced the dosages to my detriment. Then, when it was time for next insertion, they want to do a follow up, then pay up front for the ordering of pellets, then another appointment for insertion. WTF!! But, then Dr. Huyhn tells me she thinks we need to wait because of my levels. Again, did not listen, I told her my history. Thank goodness I was able to get with my previous provider who knows what she is doing and I will be feeling better soon. My mistake for taking convenience over experience. Additionally, they push their supplements. Worst experience ever. I am too old to deal with incompetence and doctors who don't listen. If that is what you want then WVNC is the place. Think twice and real hard before going here; they don't listen, push crappy supplements and charge an exorbitant amount of money.

Asked for my deposit back and I was refused. The $25 is completely nonrefundable. If I were to make another appointment in the future, they would use that towards my appointment, but that is not what I wanted. I would've liked my money back and when I make another appointment for them to take another deposit that would've been fine. I will never walk foot back into that office because it's under principal at this point how dare they keep my money?
