BE ADVISED! In my opinion and based on my one-on-one experience with Dr. Jonathan Wiggenhorn below,…read morethis is the most BILLING THIRSTY and unprofessional $$$billing mill operation I've ever dealt with! I waited 1 hour to see him in a packed office and it got worse! He provides a Sinoplasty that is only up to 80% effective (VivAir procedure is 90% fyi) and has his office minions line you up for an appointment an then when you get to see him he comes in and says "how long have you been dealing with this?" No problem but the issues is he doesn't have time to answer questions and pushed me off to staff for pricing lol. He signed me up for 2 surgeries before showing me my CT results (which I had to request that he never provided) or giving me my CT results. Not time for questions. His staff must think that because you are over 50 they can double charge you which I had to get fixed. It was so obvious this is a money scheme for Dr. Wiggenhorn and perhaps to support his required lifestyle? it was disgusting. To the point that I had to get a second opinion! The feeling they are cranking people through his offices like a whirlwind with no professional regard for anything other than cranking the $$$ press. BE ON GUARD. The VivAir procedure that Dr Jonathan Wiggenhorn does NOT offer is a 90% success rate. YOU MIGHT GET A SECOND OPINION ALL! THIS PRACTICE IN MY EXPERIENCE IS A $$$$ MONEY PRINTING PRESS THAT I FELT IS MORE INTERESTED IN $$$$$ THAN IN YOUR BEST INTEREST.

I also want to share some photos (so people know that I'm not just slandering him), one from my 3D scan. I got an OTO-Scope (a very small camera that I could use to see inside my nose). The resulting picture confirmed everything that I had shared about my sinus congestion with Dr. Wiggenhorn, but WORSE. I did not just have sinus congestion, but a nasal polyp--which blocks my breathing through my left nostril when it enlarges as I lay down to sleep. This will cause all air to pass through the right nostril, which will then overtax it. It will then inflame the inside mucus membranes, completing the night's sinus congestion until I cannot breathe through my nose. When I am in an upright position, much of the blood will drain from the polyp, alleviating most of the symptoms. I've attached the photo (a screen-grab from the 3D scan and of the polyp). Please forgive the grossness of the photo of the polyp. But when I saw it, I was left wondering-- How could an ENT medical doctor fail to identify such a large source of nasal congestion? Did the decongestant ASRC used before the exam shrink it to the point of being unidentifiable? Did he just not want to operate on the polyp, which needs to be surgically removed? Was he concentrating his practice on the low-risk, lucrative procedures that could easily be done by a general practitioner doctor (i.e., sinus infection [antibiotic] and allergy [antihistamine or steroid spray])? Last, I now have an appointment with another ENT to deal with this issue.

Dear Dr. Joshua Yorgason,…read more I would like to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding care and professionalism I received during my first visit to your office. Stephanie, NP, was exceptional. She was highly professional, an excellent listener, and made me feel truly heard and taken seriously. She addressed my concerns efficiently and thoroughly, getting straight to the point while ensuring I felt comfortable and informed throughout the visit. After living with this condition for 45 years, it is incredibly reassuring to finally have clear answers and a well-defined plan to address it. Vivianna, the Medical Assistant, was equally impressive. She was welcoming, attentive, and did a fantastic job assisting with my care. Her professionalism and positive demeanor made the experience even better. I would also like to recognize Leah from Operations, who promptly stepped in when a piece of equipment was not functioning correctly. She resolved the issue quickly and efficiently, ensuring there was no disruption to my visit. Her responsiveness and problem-solving skills were greatly appreciated. Phil, Operations Specialist and Manager-in-Training, did an excellent job as well. He was professional, helpful, and demonstrated strong leadership and customer service skills throughout my visit. In addition to the exceptional staff, I must commend the office environment. This is the cleanest medical office I have ever been in, which speaks volumes about the standards and pride taken in patient care. The front desk team was also wonderful--friendly, organized, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Overall, my experience exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this office to anyone seeking professional, efficient, and compassionate care. Thank you all for making my first visit such a positive and reassuring experience. She even managed to get me a next day appointment with Dr. Casper, which I was so grateful for. I went in suffering from extreme hives all over my body after being sick the week before and having what I believed was an allergic reaction to something I ate that caused my lips to swell. My primary doctor was unable to help and referred me here. The hives were absolutely miserable -- painful, uncomfortable, and so severe that I couldn't sleep for days. It turns out I wasn't allergic to any food. Dr. Casper explained that my immune system was in a heightened response after the virus, and in some cases the immune system can misfire and begin reacting to healthy cells, triggering severe hives and inflammation. Having someone finally explain what was happening and know exactly how to treat it was such a relief. The moment Dr. Casper saw me, he immediately knew what to do to help. He was knowledgeable, compassionate, and reassuring during a very stressful time. After starting the medication he prescribed, I finally began to get relief, and I have not had hives since being on the treatment plan. Thank you so much, Dr. Casper. You are incredible at what you do, and I'm beyond grateful for the care I received. My husband struggles with asthma, and we will absolutely be returning to this office for any future allergy or asthma needs. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for knowledgeable doctors and truly compassionate care.

First, I received a bill for $50 which I was told covered the allergy skin test I had received. I explained to the billing department that when I checked in for my appt, I was told that my co-pay covered the skin test (the receptionist specifically stated this). I never heard back so I assumed that phone call had taken care of everything. However, a couple months later, I received another bill for almost $300 and have been receiving monthly statements for this "balance." I will never visit this office again. They clearly do not have their act together and the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing. Now I have to take time out of the things I have going on to call and deal with something that is due to their incompetence, not mine. Insanely frustrating.

Meanwhile I'm hearing them talk outside the room about how to introduce yourself in Spanish. The physician comes in to check the reaction of my skin only for a minute and decides I am good on no seasonal allergies, as expected. I only wish if they were going to take longer that they would have checked in on me or mentioned something, because by the end of it I just wanted to cry and walk out. I have a physician check me for asthma before seeing the doctor, and as soon as she walks in, the first thing she tells me in the rudest tone is, "so you're the one with all the problems!" excuse me? "hello, good afternoon, how are you?" Not my favorite greeting, personally. She tells me to breathe so she can listen. Im breathing normal, maybe I'm a little nervous after our first interaction, im not quite sure what it was, but she again very rudely says, "uh, can you breathe right???" I waited for the doctor for more than 20 minutes and, then more than 20 minutes again when they went to get some paperwork so I could leave, and the paperwork didn't exactly come out with the right information either, (I had to call another day to ask about it, in which the operator herself was confused by what was put on there and why). Dr. Hsu was very relatable and kind, she's the type of person you'd wish was family. She seemed genuine. I also had another appointment to discuss the results of my labs. That appointment was with physician Kristi Hunter, 100% recommend her! She made everything so much more clear, got me the information on the conditions I have and had a servants heart, it was so heartwarming! She also gave me suggestions on how to deal with a severe reaction with simple and honest directions. If this rating were on her alone, I would give her 5 stars without a thought! The secretaries and the phone operators are also super sweet, and everyone does ask if you have questions many times throughout the visit or call, which is super thoughtful!

If its not the 24/7 weeds blossoming due to the moderate temperatures, the fine desert talcum like dust can get into every opening of respiratory system. In summer dust storms stir up a host of allergens as well as fungal spores that cause illnesses like valley fever. As a business owner in AZ for 20yrs+ and diagnostics expert in many capacities I was at first skeptical that anyone could EVER relieve me of allergies. Dr. Justin Haggard PROVED ME WRONG!!! In March 2016 a senseless car crash was followed up by life-threatening internal bleeding. While in hospital I was given a medicine orally that even after release I was to continue using ,but figured out I was extremely allergic to it. I needed it to continue keeping me Alive! The allergy gave me neck & back pain, pounding, racing headache and a mild fever. After 1 Treatment at Allergyfreeaz my adverse reaction was GONE 100% . I even noticed my Life Long allergies to fresh fruits and vegetables was reduced by 90% as medication was an oral fluid. So my esophagus mouth etc were having this allergic reaction. 2 hrs after this treatment I was literally Cured and ate my first RAW AVOCADO EVER WITH 0 SYMPTOMS!!! There were 2 other blood draws of $15 each. I had been paying $300 from a specialist up until just recently she raised her price to $350. And yes, that's pellets and insertion. I paid WVNC almost $800 to feel like shit!! Dr Huynh did not listen to me, she reduced the dosages to my detriment.
