She hang up the phone and forced me into purchasing a package when I was not interested. She also forgot to send me reminder. I did not like that. When I arrived for my appointment. The manager (Elena) let me wait 40 minutes for my appointment in the hallway. She continued to speak and serve new walk ins before taking care of her paying client . Than she said I need to pay an additional cost at the end which I had prepaid already. Made me feel like a scam. The place has horrible parking conditions. And is very dirty. I saw a cockroach in the bathroom dead for days. Dust everywhere. Overpriced packages. Her equipments are not working properly. Her mannerisms is very unpleasant and her staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I wonder if she even has a license for laser since I did not see any display of her documentation. I won't ever go back there. No wonder they promote on Groupon because their service is cheap quality. Also don't hope for same employee to give u service. I dont recommend going here for laser treatment. They only have one nurse who does the procedure who is very inexperienced. She has been doing it only for 3 months, and uses very low setting - making it very ineffective. The manager of this place is very unprofessional. Finding a laser place that is good at its job and reasonable in its price and has excellent customer service is difficult to find. Advanced skincare center is that hard to find place. We have been going here for a while for both women and men's services and have been completely satisfied. From their reception desk, to the treatment, the follow up, and scheduling the next appointment......the whole process has worked seamlessly. Their laser specialists are well qualified and conduct their job with a high degree of professionalism. If you want to risk dying getting a colonic here-- by all means go right ahead. I'm convinced the technician tried to k!ll me. I've never gotten a colonic before and despite the (extremely cold) technician knowing this, she jammed the thing so harshly & quickly up my @$$ without any warning-- it hurt SO bad that I screamed. She had zero compassion whatsoever and seemed irritated. After doing some research, I am convinced that she was SUPER CLOSE to perforated my rectum. As a matter of fact... I'm unsure whether she did or not. Time will tell. She pumped WAY TOO MUCH water and pressure into me-- more than I can handle. I was in tears the entire time. It was pure torture. When I went to the bathroom at the end of our session, she knocked on the door while I was p00ping, essentially rushing me to get out. When I was finally done, she scolded me that I shouldn't be p00ping for that long. Uhhh.. lady, I live 40 min away and im not about to shit my pants on my way home. When I got home, I collapsed and couldn't move for 2 days. My kidneys were in extreme pain for 4 days. Words cannot express how traumatic this experience was Also-- she recommended I drink soaked chia seed water everyday. This constipated me even MORE. It's been 2 weeks and I still feel very unwell. I had a Dermal Infusion Facial with Janna. It was wonderful. The service came with two masks, a light fruit acid peel, and extractions. The Dermal Infusion was amazing - your skin is exfoliated, pores are cleansed, and then infused with medical grade serums. My skin felt AMAZING during the service, it was so relaxing. Had no bad reactions the next day and my skin looked incredible. Janna herself is great listener, has a soothing voice, and (this might sound odd, but it's true) she has lovely tiny hands that are perfect for facial massage. I have had a wonderful experience working with Narine. She's very kind, on top of things, professional, thorough, and communicative about the process. I started electrolysis with her at one hour sessions, working on my jawline and neck area. Used a groupon deal* I've had IPL from other clinics before and there is no comparison. Though the staff is super friendly and the location is clean, the main question was...was it worth the price? No. Not much has changed on my face, I still have all my sunspots and freckles (maybe slightly faded). I did take my own before and after shots. The sessions last about 7 mins and it looked like only a few spots were targeted. Now as far as the other clinics i went too years before, there were before and after photos taken, numbing cream applied prior to the procedure, laser procedure lasted about 25mins, and it was visible that many many spots were targeted, my skin was left flawless like a doll! They are following COVID safety protocols and everything is so well maintained and clean. The treatments I get from here are Theraclear and Emsculpt. I left feeling very light weight, and like my intestines especially on the right side, were nice and clean - like they took a shower! Unlike anything I've experienced before. I was going for laser hair removal since 2017 and they told me i need between 8 to 10 cations to be hair free and i did it every other month on there advisor and also i went through many different nurses because this place keep changing employee and i have to explain everytime what they need to do and some of them didn't know what is going on and what level of the laser they need to use and most the times they didn't have the markers to mark each section on body to prevent missing spots or over doing it. That what happened last time i went and after 2 weeks missing spots start growing like lines on my back even my wife noticed it she told me it's weird and missing spots are like strips, called office on following week to see if they fix them for me and they were not nice about it and basically told me no you have to pay for those spots and they wouldn't take care of it. I can't comment on the service since I never made it to the office to sit to on-going difficulties. I had originally scheduled my first appointment on July 24 and the day before my appointment I received a text message that they had "overbooked" the technician. When I called to reschedule I was informed that the provider had to take the morning off to take her father to her doctors appointment. I completely understand having to take care of your parents, but felt they didn't need lie to that they would tell me it was overbooked. I called the office that same day to reschedule and the person on the other line of the phone was trying to have me come a little later in the day and she kept second-guessing that saying yeah she might be back in time yeah it should be OK to which I ended up not excepting a later appointment because I felt that I would be going to the office and would be a 50-50 chance of being seen and the inconvenience and stress about whether the provider would be back at the office on time. I ended up rescheduling for two weeks out because this provider is booked up to weeks in advance, which I believe the appt. was for 8/7. I never got a confirmation call and in my calendar I had accidentally placed the appointment on the wrong date I can only attend appointments on the weekends due to their weekday availability and I had placed the appointment on a weekday I called 87 in the morning to confirm when my appointment was scheduled for and was informed that there was no appointment scheduled in their system. Disappointed with scheduling conflicts, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. read more
