However, when I arrived, the girl checking me in started asking what scent and color I wanted for the spray tan without ever mentioning that those options came with additional charges. I ended up paying $51 for what was supposed to be a "free" tan. I followed all the instructions exactly as they were given. The booth has metal plates where you stand for position purposes, but it was so slippery. I was scared to death. I was gonna fall and break my neck. I had lots of places that were uneven, and the tan did not apply so The girl applied the self tanner, with a mitt to blend it slightly, and told me to rinse the tops of my hands after one hour and then shower fully after four. I did everything by the book. By the next morning, most of the tan had washed off, except for the tops of my hands, which were very orange and uneven. Overall, it was a disappointing and misleading experience. I won't be returning.

In the fine print under the posted hours on their door, it states 'last tan 15 minutes before close.' So if you rush over after work thinking you've made it in time, you're out of luck. Maybe others are fine with this policy, but it makes no sense to me. If you stop taking customers 15 minutes before your posted closing time, then your hours should reflect that so people aren't misled. I've never had another business do this, so it's unexpected.
