I used them because I always have they have always been good. The gentleman that answered was nice. The man that delivered wasn't too nice at all sort of rude and I went outside while he was delivering the car and he just left it the road. I get it it was dead and maybe that's policy I don't know but I'm handicapped I couldn't do anything I had to find someone to help me. He could have at least asked me if I had help but he just dropped it and left. I was having a hard enough day with my car being undrivable. read more

I was pulling out of the driveway at my sister's house and my axel and ball joint broke unexpectedly. The car was in the middle of the road and I didn't want to move it as I was afraid I'd do more damage to the car. I remembered the name of these guys from somewhere so I thought I'd give a call. Not only did they get there FAST (about 20 minutes at the most-more like 15) they quoted pretty accurately-within 20 dollars. The guy was great and very careful not to damage my car anymore than it was. I would recommend these guys to anyone and if I need a tow truck again (I hope I don't!) I was waiting at a gas station in Crystal River for AAA to arrive to fix my flat tire. AAA, for which I have a premier membership, had initially said an hour. When I called as they had yet to arrive, I was told it would be an additional two hours. I was frantic to get home when Rich of Advanced Towing in Inverness pulled into the station for gas. I flagged him down, explained my problem, and he graciously called his dispatcher for permission to help. He fixed my tire in nothing flat (no pun intended), then provided a receipt telling me I could request AAA provide reimbursement, something I did not know I could do. Called them 1-1/2 hours after they said they would arrive. First call guy said hold on. After 10 minutes call disconnected. Called him back and he said he wasn't coming and that we had to call our roadside assistance to get someone else. Um, couldn't you pick up the phone and let us know!!! No explanation. No apology.
