The nurses that treated me (Celina and Dana) were so professional and caring throughout the procedure, which was not very painful. The ultrasonographer tried to brush it off saying it was due to a kids dropping candy on the floor and the sugar was attracting the ants. But, it was clear that the ants were coming and going between the floor boards and had a home somewhere underneath. The ultrasonographer, who was also the procedure assistant, as well as the doctor did not wash hands before or after the procedure. I probably should have declined treatment and left for fear of infection. I believe a medical establishment should be pristine and sanitary and this place did not appear to be so. I was also not provided with information on potential side effects of the procedure which I learned about when they happened to me; I easily found them online, but should have been warned.
