I got the dreaded droopy forehead/hooded eyelids from Dysport The injector was SUPER kind and professional and acknowledged the issue when I came in for a follow up, and I know there is inherent risk in getting cosmetic injections - but apparently the office manager refuses to give any credit or partial refund. I think a "sorry we made your eyes look smaller and more tired for the price of hundreds of dollars - here's a free product" would go a long way, but alas - I've spent another $40 on eyelid tape to get rid of my (hopefully very temporarily) hooded eyelids. read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Venetos since 2016 and I will no longer go see her. After receiving a diagnosis of squamous cell carcinoma in September on my left cheek, I was told that the soonest I would be able to have it removed by a MOHs would be in December. Dr. Venetos asked her "scheduler" to put me down to meet with the MOHs that comes to her office once a month.  Because I was uncomfortable waiting, and I saw the name of the MOHs who would be coming to Dr. Venetos' office on my patient portal, I decided to call the MOHs and ask if she could get me in to have the procedure sooner. I said that I would even drive to where her office is. The MOHs doctor was able to get me in right away at her office so I scheduled the appointment. I called Dr. Venetos' office to let them know and to check on another biopsy I had removed. I then scheduled an appointment with Dr. Venetos to discuss what to do with the second biopsy, which was not cancer but another skin issue. When I went in for this appointment, I was taken back to the exam room and immediately Dr. Venetos' "scheduler" came in and began questioning me as to why I thought I could make my own appointment with the MOHs. After several minutes, Dr. Venetos came in and the two women were obviously very angry with me. Their questioning and scolding went on, even after I had broken down into tears.  I was told that Dr. Venetos would send me to a different MOHs she also works with. Then she said that she didn't even think I needed any more of the carcinoma sight removed because she "thought" she already got it all off. She then began to speak unprofessionally about the MOHs that I would have seen in her office saying that she would prescribe treatments I wouldn't need and over charge me for the procedure. I was confused as to why they were fine with me seeing this particular MOHs in Dr. Venetos' office, but not at the MOHs office. Dr. Venetos would rather I go to a different MOHs that she would recommend. Dr. Venetos' "scheduler" cancelled my appointment at the MOHs office that I had and put me BACK on their schedule to see the same MOHs but at Dr. Venetos' office in December. I left Dr. Venetos' office visibly upset and still crying and never discussing the skin condition I originally made the appointment for. I have never heard from Dr. Venetos or her "scheduler" to make sure I was okay after their aggressive behavior and to further explain their aggression towards me.  I have since had my MOHs surgery, after requesting my medical records to no longer be a patient of Dr. Venetos'. I have never been treated so hostile at a doctor's office. The lack of caring and well being for their longtime patient was beyond obvious. I was NOT the priority to them at all, and even though I was scared and concerned about the skin cancer on my face, they could have cared less and were very hostile towards me and even belittled my concerns. Because of this, I am no longer a patient of Dr. Venetos. She and her "scheduler" were unprofessional, uncaring, and truly cruel towards me. I will never put my health in the hands of someone so unsympathetic. read more

Imagine my surprise in receiving a bill some time after my office visit -especially since I had paid (I thought! in full ) at the time of service! When I called to question this surprise bill, I was told that I paid for my cosmetic service at the time but seeing the dr was an additional charge. What? why wasn't I told the total charge when I was paying? It felt dishonest! I will not return, nor could I recommend this practice. Initially, I came into the Lake Bluff office to see Sarah for acne and mole removal. I was put off by the front desk staff and how unwelcoming they were when I first stepped into the office. I never filled out any new patient paperwork and was asked to e-sign "documents" without even being provided a copy of what I was signing. I put my initial feelings aside when I was taken back to the exam room. I enjoyed seeing Sarah and I am grateful for the expertise I received from her. That's about as far as my positive review goes. I wanted to take care of my skin and see what else the practice had to offer. I called to make an appointment with the esthetician and thought I had made an appointment for an actual treatment - I discussed that I would like a chemical peel and that is what I believed the receptionist scheduled me for. Apparently, there was a miscommunication with the front desk representative because I was scheduled for just a consultation. Having worked in this industry before, the first thing I learned is to always set up expectations with the patients. I was under the impression that I would be receiving a treatment at that time. I came in to that appointment to see Norma and again felt uncomfortable with the staff. I was shocked when I checked in that my appointment was just a consultation. I understand this may be the protocol, however this was never expressed or communicated to me. My consultation maybe lasted 5 minutes and Norma did not really even examine my skin at the consultation. Again, having worked in this field, it seems odd to me to create a treatment plan without looking at the skin. Today's appointment prompted me to write this email. I was appalled at the lack of professionalism displayed, again, by the two front desk ladies. Norma brought me back and began my treatment. Halfway through, the treatment was interrupted by another staff member to have Norma leave the room do a quick consultation with another patient. I thought that was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was left in the treatment room, in the middle of my facial, for about 10 minutes. Upon the completion of my treatment, I was walked to the front. The front desk girl checking me out (I wish I had gotten her name. She sits on the side closest to the door to the back and wears glasses) mentioned I had a balance on my account for over $600 of which I haven't even received a statement for. The other front desk girl yells from her side "we'll send you a bill, you'll have to pay it eventually anyways!!" I could've died from embarrassment at this point as there were two other patients in the waiting room listening to this conversation. It is absolutely unacceptable to discuss finances in front of other patients. I thought the lack of professionalism displayed was appalling. It is safe to say I will never be coming back to North Shore Dermatology and I will have a hard time paying for the services rendered because of the experiences I had in this office. I truly hope that no other patient has received or will receive the same treatment as I've had here. read more

Ive been going to this practice for about 2.5 years. The doctors had always been kind, considerate, helpful and accommodating but they have an office manager who handles the patients beyond poorly! She isn't discreet at all, she made me feel like my medication concerns werent worth being acknowledged & rather engaged in a screaming match instead of de-escalating and problem solving. she kept saying, the doctor said, the doctor said and now i have concerns about the doctor too. Ive been a patient of the practice longer than she has been an employee and now im searching for another practice because of her. She has done a number of things I've ignored so instead of the continued treatment i decided to search for another practice and im sad and pissed about it! read more

We had no problem with Dr Tina Venetos or staff. The staff was friendly and she was a bit brisk but to the point. I have to yet see the bill after my crappy insurance, but for you'll self entitled whineys, it takes a lot to run a medical establishment in post Obama care environment. Another home run with Amy Brownlee. Not only did she spend the time to thoroughly diagnose a difficult issue but then also researched and developed a comprehensive plan to treat it. The Chicago endocrinologist I had also consulted with said "I can see you have an excellent dermatologist and feel confident in her handling the treatment plan". I can't say enough good things about Amy Brownlee. She has rescued me multiple times and been on top of the well being of my kids for years now. Complimented by top Mohs surgeons as well. Dr Venetos has a terribly bad attitude. Very rushed. Might be too greedy by booking too many appointments to make money then making patients wait and wait. Manner are pushy and know it all attitude. Does not listen and jumps to liquid nitrogen as answer to all. She may have issues with men as patients because women rank her better. They do cosmetic stuff mostly so if you have straight medical issue - find a more serious doctor who is more careful and caring. read more

This place has disgruntled staff that are very abrasive to their patients. Their forms have 2 different address because it is apparently too much work to update them with the CORRECT address. When calling to confirm address, they do not even apologize - apparently it's your fault for not knowing the correct address. Additionally, if you are a family member driving another family member with a progressive degenerative disease to their appointment, you cannot accompany them to their appointment. They yell at you for sitting in a complete EMPTY waiting room and force you to leave. Sitting over 25 feet away from the nurse with my mask on the nurse said "I just took my mask off to take a drink and now I might be infected." WHAT?!?! I try to be really understanding about COVID-19, but really?!?! I don't care how good the docs are, treat your patients and their drivers with RESPECT! Worst experience ever! read more

Ok so this is not the office that I went to for my appointment. I went to the one in Gurnee. But I did see Dr. Amy Brownlee, who I happen to love. In a previous review of the Skin Wellness Center, I ranted and raved about her when she was there. Then, the next time I went back *gasp* she was GONE!!!!! She had a baby and never went back.... So I stalked her on the Internet and kept searching for her and lo and behold I found her! Not only did I find her, I found her in GURNEE!!!!! Now I don't have to get to the city to see her and I have a choice of two locations....it doesn't get any better than this! When I saw her in 2010 at the Gurnee office, she even remembered me and remembered the diagnosis she had given me years ago....that says something to me...love Northshore Dermatology Center!!!! read more

Saw Amy Brownlee for a cyst removal on my scalp. I've been very nervous to have this done, so I took my time to find a place that I felt comfortable booking the appointment at. The consultation and procedure was done the same day. Amy and her assistant were both kind and patient with me, as I was extremely nervous. *This is a review just for the receptionist* Because of two great reviews from here, I wanted to book an appointment to treat my skin condition. However, I could not make an appointment because the receptionist is so rude. Why is it so hard for people to be nice on the phone? That is like the first impression of anywhere. I understand I might sound young and I have accents, but this receptionist kept on saying "What? What?" in a very rude way. When I wanted to make an appointment, she was like, "WHICH one?" I didn't know there were multiple locations, and she made me feel like I was ignorant. I work as a waitress and people need to be treated better. read more

During the past year and a half, I have received outstanding patient care with the P.A. at this office, Amy Brownlee. She helped treat my basal cells and walked me through all my options, helping me choose a course that was best. She was so kind and patient with all my questions, and the treatment she recommended left no scarring! This has not always been the case with other dermatology offices who are so quick to operate on everything (sometimes without biopsing it first). I was really pleased with the results. I also tried some antiaging products with her -- dysport and restylane. I was afraid my face would have that "frozen" botox look, but Amy is conservative in her approach so the result is very natural. People kept saying I looked "well-rested" and that my "skin looked great." When I came clean with my friends, they were totally surprised; it didn't look fake at all. The way Amy does it, it's like you reversed the aging process 10 years, but your face still has natural movement. My friends want to go see her now, too! read more

Dr Venetos is a very kind, caring, and compassionate physician. I dont care for needles and i needed a biopsy on my arm. She is such a skilled physician that when it was over i asked if she had started yet. Her office staff is warm and welcoming and do everything they can to make you feel comfortable. There was no wait time yet you get the feeling that no matter how much time you need you will get it. In a world where everything is so fast paced, it was refreshing to find a physician that gives you 200% of her attention. read more

I went to see Dr. Venetos as a first time patient. I was asking about different treatments for the wrinkles around my eyes. She was rushed, like I was an imposition to her. Her answers were short, without much explanation (as if to say, hurry up, ask me the next one so I can get out of here). Then she said, "Your lips are really thin, we should use a little xxxx in them to plump them up." (I don't remember the name of the treatment, hence the xxxx in the quote"). I had not told her my lips were a concern!! She is a rude person and made me feel very uncomfortable. She took a mole off my back in the same appointment (and she left me laying there on my stomach for 30 - 35 minutes after she numbed the area on my back. I understand waiting in a waiting room but in a gown with anesthesia in your back?). A pathology fee for the mole was included in my bill from her office. But then I got walloped with another bill from the pathologist! I called the office to explain that I was double billed. The woman I spoke with was nearly as rude as Dr. Venetos was during the appointment! And there was something that smelled bad about the relationship the pathologist had with Dr. Venetos's office. I will never return to this office, I unsubscribed to their email list and would not recommend to anyone that they go here. There are a lot of other excellent choices for dermatological care. read more

Do not see Dr. Venetos! The first time I went to Dr. Venetos she seemed rushed. I wanted a skin tab removed and she did freeze it off quickly and painlessly. She seemed short on time but took the time to look for other things to take off my body. I was happy with the work but didn't necessarily like the way she treated the visit as an inconvenience in her schedule but I thought I'd give her another try. I had a growth removed on my calf. Dr. Venetos said that it was probably a hardened bug bite (size of a mosquito bite) but I thought it looked bad so I wanted it to be removed. She removed the bump and put four stitches in. She said that the new scar would be a line about an inch long in place the bump. I was told to restrict exercise and activity while the stitches were in for two weeks which I did. I had the stitches removed by a technician and she said that everything looks great. I specifically asked if I had to restrict movement and she told me that everything was healed and that I did not have to worry about movement any longer. The first day home I felt a "pop" as the incision opened. It was a gaping hole in my leg where they scooped out the growth. I went back to the office and another doctor told me that there was nothing they could do since the incision had opened up. She said, "if it were me, I would have put an internal stitch in since the leg is a tough area". She told me to keep a butterfly bandage holding it closed. I told her that I was extremely unhappy with the results and that I had specifically asked about after care. I was promised an inch long incision and now I have this big hole in my leg. She told me to talk with the receptionist and that she would relay the information and concern with Dr. Venetos. The receptionist apologized that I was unhappy and said that she was sure Dr. Venetos would call me to discuss. The receptionist called me 5 minutes after I left and asked me to text a picture of the wound to her so she could send it to Dr. Venetos. She then called me to have me pick up medication for my leg. I asked her what the cream was supposed to do and what the outcome was supposed to be and she said "I really do not know. Let me ask Dr. Venetos". I picked up the medication without knowing what it was supposed to do but thought I would hear from the doctor. It has been several months with not a single inquiry or apology from the doctor and my leg wound is hideous. It is worse than it was with the growth. Now I am stuck with a bill for a procedure that was not successful and no follow-up from the office. read more

I have mixed thoughts about writing this review. I felt that the medical care that I received was adequate, but that the rest of the package was so negative I needed to share. I had read previous concerns about the rude receptionist, which is why I wasn't that surprised when I entered the facility to find a curt interpersonal style at the front desk. It was specific to the much older woman behind the desk, not the younger of the two. I was seen quickly and Dr. Venetos was knowledgeable. I agree with another reviewer that she did not appear to be greatly invested in explaining my skin condition or taking the time to educate me on potential triggers or causes of my symptoms. I simply explained my understanding of what I had thought my condition was based on my own research. She turned and told the medical assistant my diagnosis and my medications, but not to me. She left the room and her medical assistant assisted me from that point forward. Her medical assistant had one of the most unprofessional and unfriendly demeanors of anyone I have worked with or encountered in the health field (I work in a hospital, mind you). She simply came into the room with a bag of samples and put it down on the counter haphazardly. She circled two numbers to call to get my prescriptions. I had to ask some basic questions pertaining to what the medications were for (I had two problems being addressed) and how to take them, which I suspect should have been a minimum part of her position. I never received any information about directions or how long to take, being instead instructed that the directions would be with the packaging. I was also unsure why I needed to call the numbers on the pamphlets when they indicated the prescriptions were being sent to my pharmacy, but I was too hesitant to ask because of her appearing so off put by my inquiries. I left the office thinking that if I, a higher functioning health professional, could not follow the brevity of instruction and information provided in that visit, how would the previously exiting elderly patients be understanding what to do? Other quick points that I will mention: 1) half of my meds were sent to my preferred pharmacy, the remaining to mail order services, which I only discovered after attempting to pick up the medications at the pharmacy 2) calling back to the office to ask for a few additional samples due to the delay in medications being sent by the mail-order service resulted in aggressive questioning by the rude receptionist and 3) a sudden transfer to the medical assistant by the rude receptionist without informing myself of the transfer or the medical assistant the purpose of my call. Also, I will note this all occurred at the Lake Bluff location. On an aside, I did like working with the aesthetic nurse. She was personable and open to answering questions. Also, the PA who I briefly met at the open house seemed wonderful and friendly. I will note that it came to light later (because I wasn't given this information at the time of the visit) that the reason for the pamphlets and home delivery pharmacy choices was to make the cost of the medications more reasonable or free. This is super awesome, but WAY under clarified. Apparently if your commercial insurance does not cover the expense of the medications, the pharmacy works with the manufacture to offer the less expensive or free price. Good to know. The take home message, is that this office needs to seriously improve communication with their patients and address the poor customer service being provided by the assistants and support staff. It is unfortunate that this will likely have an unseen impact on their practice, as word of mouth can be detrimental to business. read more

Dr. Venetos is not one you should see. Had we seen the reviews, I would not have gone to this place. I reached there ahead of schedule. Patients who arrived after late for previous appointments were still seen ahead resulting in the doctor seeing me 1 hour later. Unbelievably poor attitude. Then Dr. Venetos was rushed. Insisted on liquid nitrogen. Jumped to talking about my son's acne and dandruff issues and prescribing stuff for that when we were not there for that. Since this was recommended as part of Northshore, we did not realize we were considered new patients. A over $300 bill that is ridiculous and includes a $140 new patient visit. read more

My first experience with Amy Brownlee was positive, informative, and found immediate results. I brought my 13-year-old son who is developing cystic acne--and becoming self-conscious. I went to the Lake Bluff Location. I had an appointment at 12, the doctor did not come into the room until 12:55. I was on my lunch break from work. Instead of the doctor trying to talk to me about what the possible cause of my skin problem was, she just prescribed me a general cream and sent me on my way. The doctor and her nurse just sat there, barley making eye contact with me taping away at their iPads... To make matters worse, I expressed to them that I am in a wedding on Saturday, they said they understood...but then they sent my prescription to a pharmacy that delivers to your house via FedEx...I called the pharmacy and they said I would have the prescription in 2 business days...not going to work. They never told me this at the Dr. when I left I was under the impression that the prescription would be delivering to me same day...I ended up having to drive an hour to go pick up the prescription myself. read more

I have been a patient of Amy Brownlee for the past few years and I am always impressed with how thorough and patient she is. She always takes the time to explain everything and listen to all of my questions and concerns. One thing that I always appreciate is that Amy doesn't just "take everything off." I love Amy Brownlee, she has been doing Botox and filler for me for a number of years and always takes the time to find out what I want and don't want. She also alerts you to any specials or alternatives to different products, and makes objective recommendations. I can't give 5 stars due to the receptionist issue. I have been sitting in the office in Lake Forest and heard/watched one of them speaking rudely to a client on the phone while rolling their eyes for all of us to see. This is the younger blonde receptionist, with the accent. I find it to be incredibly unprofessional and if I were a new client calling, I would not make an appointment. read more

I first visited Dr. Venetos and Northshore Dermatology Center 4 years ago. My internist recommended a Highland Park Dermatologist. I needed something removed and was told that they (Highland Park dermatologist) were not equipped to do so. I thought this was odd because it seemed to be a routine skin procedure but have come to learn that not all dermatologists perform surgical procedures. I called another highly recommended dermatologist and was told that they were NOT taking any more new patients. Luckily, i remembered that a friend of mine recently recommended Dr. Venetos. I called Dr. Venetos Lake Forest office and asked if on my FIRST visit they would perform this procedure. (i did not want to visit Dr. Venetos for a consult and then need a SECOND visit for the surgery) I am happy to report that the receptionist told me that generally Dr. Venetos would perform the procedure on the first visit. I must say that I found Dr. Venetos very competent and a good listener. She spent as much time with me as necessary and answered ALL of my questions. I had NOT been to a dermatologist in years and Dr. Venetos also performed a complete skin exam. Recently, Dr. Venetos removed a pre cancerous growth. Needless to say, I now see Dr. Venetos on a yearly basis. I have recommended Dr. Venetos and Northshore Dermatology Center to my family members and friends. I know that she has an office in Wilmette and i believe, Grayslake. read more

If you're an average person with a common issue, like acne, find a different dermatology center. At Northshore in Lake Bluff they will behave pretentiously and prescribe some crazy stuff that you could never afford, but they will send it through a shady prescription system set up with Care Point pharmacy. They'll claim you can get the prescriptions virtually free with vouchers and coupons set up through their drug sales reps. If you ask for just general medications, topical or otherwise, that you can send through your standard pharmacy, within your insurance plan, hopefully even a generic, they won't do it. They won't even return your phone calls. They clearly have stronger bonds with their pharmaceutical sales reps more than their clients. read more

I have been coming to Dr. Venetos' practice since I was about 16. (am now 23) I had either seen her or her PA, Amy Brownlee. I have very freckly skin and many moles on my body, many of which have had to be removed. Shortly after removing the moles which needed stitches, I learned that I scar hypertrophic which basically means my scars are puffy and raised. (not very pretty) After I found this out about my scarring, I was very apprehensive to have moles removed and said as much to Dr. Venetos, however she did not seem to pay any mind to my worries and was always very quick to cut more off of me despite my concerns. She never offered that a plastic surgeon remove any of my moles and never hesitated to cut the maximum amount out (which I think is three or four) during each visit. The one time a plastic surgeon did come into the room during my appointment, after a very long wait, her and Dr. Venetos only talked to one another about me and not directly to me. The appointments always felt very rushed like she was in a hurry to cut things off and then get me out of there without having to do much explaining about my treatment or why a particular mole looked like it should be removed. However, the few times that I did see her PA, Amy Brownlee, I always felt more heard and she is definitely more caring and patient than the Dr. I would not recommend this practice to anyone based on my experiences. read more

This organization (specifally the Lake Bluff office representing Amy Brownlee) is not recommended. The staff does not treat patients with respect. They are condescending and have no sense of care for their patients. Wait times are long. The receptionists definitely bring the morale of the unit down by continuing their gossip, ordering their lunch orders, and disregarding the patient in front of them. Phone calls with them are even worse as I actually had to overhear their gossip instead of being taken care of. Truly unprofessional and disappointing. read more

The lady at the front desk (Katie??? she had an accent) was awful and soooooo rude. The other lady at the front desk was very nice. I have to admit I came in a little late but asked if she could still take me and they said yes. Clearly there was a patient ahead of me so they were behind and me being late was not an issue. Well I proceeded to wait another 45 minutes and still no PA. I opened the door to ask and of course she ignored me. I asked if she was even here because it was 1 pm and my appt. was at noon. Instead of aplogizing she instead proceeded to be more rude. I left at that point so i don't know how the PA would have been. I read the bad reviews but didn't listen. I thought I would just let it go but I guess the reviews I read were dead on about the wait time. There are plenty of other places that I'm sure would have more respect for their patience. read more

I would strongly discourage anyone from going to this practice for any type of dermatology or cosmetic treatment(s). I have seen Dr. Venetos as well as Amy Brownlee on occasion and both were not only short with me, but they also had very condescending attitudes. However, that is nothing compared to the damage caused to my body by the medical assistant. In 2014 I had CoolSculpting performed on my abdomen. The procedure was performed by the medical assistant. My appointment was at 1pm, however the medical assistant did not return back from lunch until 1:30 pm. She mentioned that her child was sick and she seemed preoccupied while setting me up on the machine. I was told that I would have some swelling for up to three months after the procedure. Swelling was the least of my problems. I had a "tire" like formation form around my abdomen and "love handle" area and it NEVER went away. Not only was my abdomen much larger around the area where she performed the Cool Sculpting, but my thighs got larger (as if the fat all went down to my thighs, as well). I scheduled a follow-up with the doctor, however they made me see the nurse instead. The nurse told me I was indeed larger, but it wasn't because of the procedure, but rather because I had gained weight (which was not true). Hard to believe that I only gained weight in the area where the CoolSculpting was performed and in my thighs. The nurse recommended MORE CoolSculpting. I refused and called the office back a few days later and insisted on talking to the doctor. Dr. Venetos was again very condescending and rude and insisted the procedure was done correctly and that more CoolSculpting was the only answer. Needless to say, Dr. Terresse, an excellent plastic surgeon in Lake Forest had to repair the damage done to my body by Dr. Venetos' office. The repair was painful and very costly, but I couldn't live with the damage to my body. I thought about pursuing legal action against Dr. Venetos office, but decided against it since it would have been a long drawn out process. I am writing this review in hopes that I can prevent even one person from making the same mistake I made. Again, I repeat, I strongly discourage anyone from going to this practice for any type of dermatology or cosmetic treatment(s). read more

The front desk European woman was extremely rude with attitude on phone calls and to other staff. The level of her professionalism was beyond belief. The other staff was great. Amy Brownlee was great and was very personable. I will recommend people to Amy Brownlee, but warn for the rude front desk woman. read more

I will preface this to say I have never walked out of a Dr office before but did not stay long enough to see the physicians assistant. I was the first patient of the morning and arrived early to fill out the necessary paper work. Was greeted (and I use that term loosely) by the receptionist who made me feel like I was an imposition to her morning. I also do not feel that a person greeting the public, making a first impression on a potential customer (and yes customer not patient should be chewing gum). After waiting a considerable period of time during which a lot of laughing and twittering was going on a women showed me back to a room and started reviewing my information and recording it in an ipad. Not really seeming to understand what she was asking me or what my answers might indicate. I feel hypertension should be a word she was familiar with. The first turn off was she was once again noticeably chewing gum, then her uniform was dirty, her hair was dirty, and she was just generally unkempt. When she walked in the room she pulled her hair back and put it in a rubber band, never thinking to wash her hands or even put any sanitizer on them after touching her hair. That was my first red flag. The interview process continued and I became more and more uncomfortable with her lack of general knowledge and she even seemed unfamiliar with the ipad. I was becoming more and more uncomfortable with her unprofessional demeaner so I finally just said I was leaving and walked out the door. I don't know if she was new or had not worked in a health care setting before but my mind was telling me this was not the practice for my health concerns. I am a registered nurse and have worked in both a hospital and office setting so am familiar with what is expected of a health care professional and the staff they hire. read more
