I was so pleased with how thorough Rob & Chris were. I've never had a pest control company do as much as they did. One guy went around the whole outside of house and dusted where spiders love to go. Then hosed down everything so well, then sprayed generously everywhere. Product didn't smell bad and was organic, I even had them spray around my tower garden which is 100% organic and huge! Rob came out about two months ago to treat my home, and I'm so glad he did! I was dealing with a big ant problem--tons of ants--and even had some tiny ghost ants, along with silverfish and spiders. Rob treated my home and took the time to point out a few other issues too, like rodent tracks, wood rot, and a black widow nest in the backyard. It's been two months now, and I haven't seen a single ant! The spiders are gone, and I don't see any more spider webs. Our newly purchased home had already been inspected and treated for dry wood termites by another company prior to closing. Damaged wood was to have been replaced and repainted. I wanted to see about possible future service to keep termites at bay. Rob the owner means well and is knowledgeable in his field. Although he could use some improvement in planing his schedule or routes. The 3 starts is for the quality and results of service requested, roach control and spiders. Not results as promised. Also big issue when in came to responding and time for service as scheduled. Value is the best but compromised with the results delivered. We are still having sight of pest and has been over 3 weeks already. It did improve but not where we should be at. He seemed in a rush the first time around and the second visit was short as well and the missed areas from first visit were missed again. I do not recommend this business. The problem started around Mid July. The job was to seal some points of entry for pests. I selected this business thinking it would deal with the problem. Their service was very slow. This work was delayed all the way to Mid September. It was super inconvenient to work with this business. I waited a very inappropriate time to get the work finished. Terrible communication from this company. I sent a request through Yelp for an estimate and not only were they the last to get back to me and had the soonest available appointment (not a great sign) but they didn't show up for the appointment, didn't reply when I followed up to see if they were coming, and didn't even apologize when they contacted me to reschedule. I waited all day and had already given them my address and phone number. No Yelp reply, call, or even a text was sent after they read my message asking if they were still coming. It was such an unprofessional experience and filled with red flags. I have no interest in working with a company who has no respect for my time or safety. If i can give 0 stars, I'd do it in a heartbeat. From the beginning the owner, Robert, was short on his answers when I asked about his services on pest control (roaches). We finally set on a date which was 3/15 between 11:30am-12 which he did not repond back to confirm. Unfortunately, it was raining that day. So at 12:07 I received a text from him saying "Obviously no pest control in rain let me know another day this week that will work for you?". First of all, what PROFESSIONAL starts off a message to their customer like that with no greeting or anything??? Secondly, is it obvious? Cause I was clueless and I'm sure others who don't know much about pest control might be unaware as well. I Ignored and brushed off that comment and told him to come the following day, same time frame. Again no response back to confirm. The next day arrives (today 3/16) and I'd thought I message him at 11 to get an ETA. AGAIN no response. Then I called him twice, once at 12 and the other at 12:26, AGAIN NO RESPONSE . So at 12:30 I decided that I'd cancel service all together. At 12:40 he finally responds back saying he was trying to "squeeze me in". You've never mentioned that when I messaged you before nor responded back to any of my messages where you could have told me. If you told me you had another customer before me , I'd understand but you never responded nor informed me about it. Is this how you've been conducting business since 1994? So unprofessional and so unrealiable!! He didn't even apologize but rather "hey that's the world we live in". I had a flea infestation that started in my backyard garden but spread to inside my home. My wife and daughter were miserable due to the many flea bites they were getting and their strong reaction to the bites. I got multiple estimates from pest control companies. Robert's quote was by far the lowest, which originally made me a little skeptical. He explained to me that his business doesn't have much overhead so he can keep his prices low. I was still a bit skeptical, but decided to hire him. I wanted someone to come out quickly. Robert was able to squeeze me in the day after I called, which is another reason I hired him. He did a thorough job both inside and outside my home. However, two days after the treatment, I was still finding fleas in the garden and inside. I messaged Robert and he agreed to come out to do a follow up. It took longer than I would have liked, but he eventually did the follow up treatment and since then my garden and house seem to be flea free. If I have one criticism, it's only that Robert was sometimes slow in responding (especially for the follow up treatment). But, as he doesn't have an office staff, it's understandable that he can't always respond immediately. The key thing is that he did come out to do the follow up and the follow up proved to be very effective. Overall, I'm happy with the work and the cost. read more
