Mathew did an amazing job inspecting the home. He and his associate showed up on time and got straight to work. They did a very extensive inspection inside and around our house, looking inside every nook and cranny for any termite infestation. Some of the other inspectors that came kind of just looked at the superficial areas rather than going all the way inside the attic or under the house. Matthew was very transparent about the work they do and informed me on the fumigation process as well as the type of termites found. Overall I would recommend this company. read more

Matthew was very responsive and got back to my inquiry quickly and was able to set an appointment for me the next day. I originally wanted mosquito and flea treatment as we've usually dealt with bug bites frequently in our yard, especially in the summer time. He inspected my property and noticed there were no real sources where mosquitoes would come from. Knowing this, he told me there would be no point in spraying for the mosquitoes as he didn't believe my backyard was the source, but rather from somewhere else. Nonetheless, he placed two mosquito traps to at least try to provide some solution. He was honest with this assessment, and rather than charge me the original price for mosquito and flea treatment, he only charged me for flea treatment. I look forward to having him treat my yard again next month, as my family finally hopes to have a solution to the bug bites. read more

I've been having a bug issue for months and finally called a professional pest control company. I narrowed it down to three companies and compared the price and services they offer. I talked to all three companies, and I decided to go with FamilyGuard Pest Control. I spoke with the owner Matthew, and he was honest with me and was very detailed on the services they provide. I told him I was looking at another company and instead of saying bad things about them, he said nothing but good things and he said to shop around and look at your choices. Well, that sold me and I decided to go with FamilyGuard Pest Control. Matthew came on the same day I signed up bcuz I was having issues with ants, spiders, and fleas. Matthew was very detailed, removed all the spider webs around the house, outdoor furniture, and any area that was visible of webs. After an hour, Matthew was done and did an amazing job. The next day, my ant problem was gone inside my home. It's been 3 weeks now since I've got serviced and my flea issue is gone as my dog is not scratching himself like he used to. I have to leave this review because Matthew is one of the kindest and thorough people I've met. I was having a problem with roaches (summer!) and he responded right away asked all the necessary questions to make sure he was treating the right problem. He was diligent and even answered my concerns on if the formula was toxic to pets, which it wasn't. He said if I have any issues within 30 days, he'd come back and treat again at no charge. I've called him twice mostly because there's been work done at my house and that's where the problem could be stemming from, and he comes quickly and treats any new issue.
