I've been using No Nonsense Termite for four years now, and I'm super happy with their service. Ruben Sanchez is awesome - he really knows his stuff and explains everything so well. I had him come out for a routine termite inspection in July, and he actually found a mouse nest in my attic! He showed me what was going on and asked if I wanted them to take care of it. Since they've always done such a great job with termites, I decided to hire them for the mouse problem too. Ruben told me they'd have to use a big machine to suck out all the insulation with mouse droppings, clean out the attic, disinfect it, and then put in new insulation. On the first day, Ruben, Omar, and Jose spent six hours cleaning out the attic, setting traps, doing termite treatment, and sealing up holes in the attic and garage. They came back the next day, confirmed there were no new droppings, finished the cleaning, and put in the insulation. Ruben, Omar, and Jose did a fantastic job. They covered up the involved areas with plastic on walls and floor and cleaned them up when they were done for the day, and did the same thing the next day. They are very well experienced in what they are doing. They're all super friendly and answered all my questions. I'm really happy with all of them. Ruben set traps and bait boxes inside and outside my house. He's even coming back in two weeks to check the attic, and then again two weeks after that. Ruben said their work is guaranteed, so if they find new mouse evidence in the attic next year, they'll fix it for free. Overall, I'm very happy with the service and the high quality of work from Ruben,Jose and Omar. It was a bit pricey, but totally worth it. I reached out on Yelp and very quickly obtained a reasonable quote for monthly pest control service from Daniela covering exterior pest spray around the perimeter of the property, spider web and wasp nest removal from exterior areas, and granular yard treatment for added outdoor protection. I received a text messaged exactly 30 message prior to the appointment from Donavan and the exchange was very friendly. He even promised not to ring the doorbell so my toddler could nap undisturbed. Very professional service overall. Strong customer service. The termite quote was more thorough than the other quotes I got. My options were clearly explained. Not the lowest cost but I was willing to pay for good quality service. My only complaint is that the workers who replaced the rafters on the side of my house did not cover the walk way as the quote had said there would. I had to pressure wash the walk way to remove the white stains they left behind. They also damaged one of my exterior lamps when the old fascia fell down on it but the made up for it by discounting the cost and installing a replacement light that I had. Also, the guy who did the local treatment in my attic did not cover the upstairs hall way as the quote said they would. So you see the experience wasn't flawless but I do like that they were on time, kept me well informed and they cared very much about customer satisfaction. The entire service took 2 days not counting the lamp replacement. My prior termite experience 8 years ago was like a root canal and to this day I'm still not happy with. read more
