They are very nice, skilled and super honest. They won't try to jack you around and it's nice being a woman and being able to trust them. Prices are very fair for the work done as well. When I first called, Ryan was upfront and honest about their scheduling timeline and let me know they were typically booked about a week and a half out. I didn't schedule immediately because I wanted to compare quotes from other shops, but after calling around I decided to call them back a couple days later. Ryan confirmed the same availability window and unfortunately their next opening was the day after our road trip was supposed to begin. I thanked him anyway and figured we were out of luck. Then, about 5-10 minutes later, Ryan called me back personally and said he had reached out to some of his morning appointments for the next day and was able to fit me in if I could do an early drop-off. That kind of effort is rare. He didn't have to do that, but he went out of his way to help us out knowing we had an important trip coming up. They completed the much-needed work on the vehicle and took a stressful situation completely off our plate. That small gesture earned them a new loyal customer. Honest communication, real customer care, and willingness to go the extra mile still matter, and Ryan absolutely delivered on all three.

Upon arrival...there was no entry point as the whole facility was jammed with vehicles. So, I made a left turn into a one way street and parking my car in the only space left...all the vehicles were parked in a mist-mash of ways. I asked to speak to Anton since I believed that is who I had talked to. The guy responded that he was not there but would arrive. Then he told me that he was the one who talked to me. I had wanted my car checked out esp. the front end and originally , he said d$100. I left and after 30 minutes he called and told me me it was done. Gave me info and said I needed for new tires which I really already knew. He did not mention anything else like the brakes,etc. Or even that he did a test run.. The garage was packed full, so I have no clue when my vehicle was looked at. Upon my return and talk, he then said the charge was $180!!! When he say the look on my face....he immediately realized that I was not going to fall for this chicanery and said only $100.
