After driving a couple blocks after having that battery changed, a light on the dash that I had never seen before came on. So, I pulled back in to politely ask if it was possible that the battery cables were not tight or something and to look under the hood myself, even though I had been nothing but calm and polite, he got extremely defensive and rude but said nothing about cancelling or upcoming appointment (which he knew I was staying in the area an extra day for) The indicator light went off when I restarted the car and never came back on and after some research online, I believe that he hadn't done anything wrong connecting the battery but that having the battery disconnected caused a sensor glitch. When I returned for that appointment two days later he refused to work on my car claiming that I had gotten angry with him which up until that point was absolutely not the case! He had my phone number yet never called to cancel; so, it seems like a deliberate petty, vindictive attempt to waste my time when all I had done was politely ask a question. This is the most childish and unprofessional behaviour I have ever experienced from a mechanic! I recommend avoiding this place at all cost!

After a few attempts I started looking elsewhere and found an awesome repair facility in Spring Hill called Bills European Autoworks. They work on all European models including Mercedes, Audi, Jaguar, Porsche etc. Let me tell you I am so glad the this car clinic advertises the wrong number or maybe they went out of business but the place I took my Jaguar to was amazing! The people there are incredibly honest and trust-worthy and treat you and your vehicle with the utmost respect! Not a spot of grease or oil got on anywhere on the car much less my interior! Their prices are VERY reasonable. The work was done properly and actually EARLIER than the time it was promised! They did all the paperwork, emailing and phone calls to my extended warranty company as well as sent pics and videos of the repairs needed as required. There was NO back and forth as they completed all the paperwork with required video and pic verification of the scope of work that it needed, parts list and labor charges. A day and a half later they received the authorization from the warranty company to proceed with the repairs. They dotted every "i" and crossed every "t" so the warranty company could make a rapid decision! The work was not only completed ahead of schedule but it was completed excellently! I am going to return to Bill's European Autoworks in Springhillfor even the smallest of service. It's too bad Ocala doesn't have a reputable place like this. I hope this review helps you.

They spent plenty of time checking the car over, taking it for a good road test to try to replicate the noise, which they could not, as I actually expected. After a bit more discussion, I suggested that I continue to drive it to see if whatever they did do maybe fixed the issue or otherwise to let the issue become more pronounced and I'd bring it back in. We agreed that was a good approach and I suggested we just "settle up", but the owner would not take anything from me, claiming they could not find anything wrong with the car so there's no charge. I insisted that at least PLEASE post some sort of "shop charge" for the time and effort spent, but he would not hear of it! I left kind of bewildered, like "what just happened here...?" I would say with business ethics like that, you can be GUARANTEED of not getting ripped off if you take your vehicle here!! It's a good-sized garage, v. comfortable and quiet if you have to wait, but by no means "fancy". But do make an appointment. My wife and I just moved here from W. Palm Bch and let me say this guy reflects very well on Ocala: BRAVO European Car Clinic!!
