I had been at another driving school, but to them I was just cattle!! After 2 months the instructor never even knew my name. As a professional courtesy I won't mention their name, but what a waist of my over $2,100 hard earned dollars. They are accepting more students than they can provide behind the wheel lessons to. Which means…read moretheir calendar is completely filled up, and when you call customer service for the advanced sign up promised for the diamond package they told me to call back next week, and that the advanced sign up is for two months in the future. At this point I've had to sign up at other locations to get the two lessons they're allowed per month, which means driving and juggling things. On the website it said they'd pick up the student from at home? The instructors also stated that there are no private lessons, Overall just very disappointed especially given the money I've paid. They also tried to suggest I was lying on another platform so I attached proof below.

If THAT is how you teach people to drive, then nobody should EVER use your services. Tailgating to an extremely dangerous degree, I literally couldn't even see the tail of this car in my side view mirror. This person almost hit me trying to squeeze by into a turn lane. The instructors demanded the students provide gift cards in exchange for the privilege of using notes on exams, even going so far as to specify which gift cards they would accept. Not only is this unethical, but it teaches students that academic advantages can be bought rather than earned. It also discriminates against students that can't afford such gifts! My child also had a negative experience with one of the instructors. During a drive, the instructor screamed at my child and belittled them for asking a question. We were able to get a different instructor for subsequent drives, but the unstable individual that worked with my child is clearly in the wrong profession. I would encourage anyone looking for a driving school to look elsewhere!

My daughter missed the cut off time for the in person lessons, but she could not take them due to the pandemic. I called today and they stated I have to pay another $150.00(on top of the $450 I already paid) in order for them to re-instate her. This is absurd and unethical. I will be going to another driving school just for her to get her in person lessons. I will be telling everyone I know with a teen, to not use this company!!
