Amazing!! My pool heat pump had a leak and other sleazy pool techs said I need a brand new heater even though it was only 3 years old! Or others wanted $200 to just come out starting price even though I sent video. I was getting very worried. Luckily another pool guy who couldn't fix the issue recommended I check for a Hayward technician. So I saw them on the Hayward website! The owner Clinton answers and I sent a video of the issue and he gave me a quote immediately! That shows they are not bluffing and are highly experienced. Then he sent a tech Niko out today who is very knowledgeable and fixed my issue immediately, also gave me some more pool tips. I highly recommend! This is the pool company of my dreams! GREAT experience- After the last storm, the motor in my filter pump went and I needed a replacement. They came the same day, fixed it, and even showed me a number of things about the pool. I highly recommend. Here is my story- Wife and I just moved to the area and we were calling around for pool services. One company wanted 200 just to come see the pool (dude, I could just send you a video... really?). Another pool company lied and said the motor I needed isn't made anymore and I'd need a whole new system (I was like, I just googled this and the part is easily replaceable) I sent photos of this highly available motor, and the company continued to lie so they could try and sell me something more expensive. We called a third company, no one called me back for 3 days. It was frustrating to say the least. So we went to the local pool store. The local pool store recommended Advantage LI and I gave them a call. The owner, Clint- immediately got back to me, gave me a reasonable quote, and said he could fix the issue TODAY. Within a couple hours, someone named Niko came to my house. He was friendly and explained a number of things to me about the pool (we had never owned a pool before, so I appreciated his patience). Niko had the replacement motor on the truck, came and switched it out. He also showed me how to backwash the pool, and what a few different things meant. I had a number of questions and he patiently answered them all. He even explained their opening and closing services and what they do to protect the equipment. After this experience, I'm going to stick with this company for anything I need. I can tell they care about their work and the customer. They weren't just trying to make extra money off me or just get the job done and speed off. They were terrific. I'm a very skeptical person when it comes to services. I always feel like mechanics and other services are trying to get over, sell me something I don't need, or scam me. I did NOT feel that way with Advantage LI. It's very important for me to trust the people that come to do work. I trust them and they will continue to get my business. If you see all my reviews, you'll notice that I usually only write negative reviews. But, I had to come on here and spend the time to share my great experience. Go with Advantage LI. I noticed a rather slow, water loss in my inground pool, thru out the summer. I went to my local pool store, Abore Bros. and inquired if they had a pool repair Company they could refer. That was the best phone call i ever made. Clinton came immediately and pressure tested my lines.. (my pool was installed 25 years ago, it could be anything) I trusted the game plan Clinton suggested to me, to correct my leaks. He even sold me a new filter.
