Luckily another pool guy who couldn't fix the issue recommended I check for a Hayward technician. So I saw them on the Hayward website! The owner Clinton answers and I sent a video of the issue and he gave me a quote immediately! That shows they are not bluffing and are highly experienced. Jason planed a complete patio, stairs, outdoor kitchen, waterfall. everything thought out plumbing, electric, underground conduit for future electric, sprinkler lines, etc. For almost three weeks his men showed up at 7:00 am and worked till dark 6 days a week till the project was complete.
