It turns out it's $91 a month for 12 months but deliveries are very sporadic. I actually had to buy my own shock and chlorine because I still haven't been sent any. So far I've paid about $400 and have received almost nothing. When I tried to cancel the plan they told me no. I have to pay for a full 12 months. After that I'm free to cancel. we love our tub but we are disgusted by this turn of events. Don't get tricked into signing up for the monthly plan. You are just wasting your money. Any pool supply store sells hot tub chemical and you can have it when you need it not having to hope a delivery comes. After $400 of monthly fees I still had to spend $60 to buy what I needed. They told me I must be using too much but according to the water test strips my tub water is perfect and looks crystal clear as well. Just say no and buy your own supplies at the store.

John responded to my Yelp post quickly, was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted the work. He handled the opening, does weekly maintenance, and has taken the time to walk me through the different components so I can take on some upgrades myself. Can't say enough good things about John. He's easy-going, reliable, and has been maintaining pools across the Island for over 15 years. For my neighbors in and around Port Jefferson, the Three Villages, Mount Sinai, and Miller Place--John's been coming out to me, and he's a rare find if you're looking for honest, hands-on pool support. By far the worst pool company we have ever dealt with in our entire life. At first, we thought they…read morewere great. They came to uncover the pool, but there were so many issues with their work when they even came. 1 - they left plugs within the pipes, turned on the system, and the pipes then sucked in the plugs, as you can see in the pictures. Now causing issues with our entire system and further damaging pipes that might result in extremely costly repairs. They were not careful in their approach on handling the pool at all, and even cracked our jet deck system by stepping on it while opening the pool. They also did not even set up the pool properly, so many pumps were not even attached properly and leaking at the unions - faulty and terrible job on every aspect possible. Then came the scam factor of this company. Their team told us our housing of one of our pumps needed to be replaced. They still deciding to attach it to the line so I couldn;t even bring it to Leslie or any other pool company. We asked them for a quote - you took 5 days to provide a quote. Only to then me realize the housing was NOT broken and was entirely fine, as confirming by multiple pool shops. Then these guys tell us we need a pressure test before a line above ground needed to be replaced. Multiple plumbers and pool companies all confirmed that made zero sense and they were just trying to scam us. They just wanted to continue tacking on bills and bills for no reason to make money from us, while they were the ones even causing issues. Then they tried to make it seem like we didnt want to pay and we had just asked them numerous times to come back and fix the issues and even attach the pool equipment correctly. They refused and tried saying we didnt want to pay and then to top it off the immaturity and unprofessionalism of this pool company calling our house "a dump." This place is a joke, absolutely horrible. They have one employee who does the service calls who is awesome but they are trash. absolute garbage.

She answered the phone immediately, took all of my info and was quick to get back to be about not working in my area. She was kind enough to reccomend a reputable company in my area whom they have worked with before, and even told me I could contact her anytime if I needed help or had questions about anything!!!
