Our service has been outstanding in both maintenance and prompt repairs. Who else can say that there has never been an issue in 10 years?! When we first moved into our house in Fresno, we had a pool service company that was doing a decent job. A friend recommended we consider Advantage Pools/Service. We met wit the owner, Ryan, and found him to be very personable and explained his services thoroughly. It has been many years now using this company and they have never disappointed. I will tell you our pool is one of the more challenging pools you could have, as we have 2 yellow labs that literally swim year round. They love jumping out of the pool, finding some dirt to roll in the back yard and jump back in. Between that dirt, dog hair and trees that have leaves, our pool SHOULD be completely cloudy but it is ALWAYS crystal clear. We have only had 2 pool service men in our 9 years with the company so they must have very low turnover. I am certain they aren't too excited to walk into our backyard on Fridays, but they never leave until the pool is perfect. Also, we have had equipment issues as one will have with a house built in the 80s. Advantage has very price competitive parts and labor. Further, the repairs are in most cases are the same day. Our entire family and many friends are all using Advantage based on our referrals and they have all thanked me for that. There is a high turnover of personnel that maintain their pools and they give conflicting information on what the pool needs for maintenance. I can't trust them to give honest recommendations for pool material upgrades. Their pricing is similarly atrocious. read more

Our company has used Advantage Pools for over eight years. They maintain all of our fountains and pools on site. Whenever there is an issue the owner is quick to respond, even on Sunday's and at weird hours. Because we are a public use facility, our pool requires a lot more than just a backyard pool. Advantage Pools knows the required Codes and keeps on top of all the law required changes. Advantage Pools is a locally owned and operated Fresno/Clovis business that has serviced our pool since 2006. We have always been extremely satisfied with the timely response and attention to our pool/spa needs. We have used advantage pool for 7 years. I switched to them because my previous pool company was not reliable and I had a new pool sweep stolen at that time. The same employee has serviced my pool the last 7 years and he knows how to keep my pool sparkling and I trust him completely . My family and I purchased our second home this past April. I hired Advantage Pools during the home inspection period. We purchased an older home with a recently re plastered pool. Ryan personally came out to the house for the inspection. Ryan informed us that the company that re plastered the pool performed an excellent job. We were also told the pool sweep would need rebuilding and the pool would need to be drained due to improper PH levels. Being we have a six year old daughter we took the advise of Ryan. Once we moved into the house Ryan took the pool sweep and personally rebuilt the unit. Also, we drained and changed the pool to a salt water pool. Advantage Pools installed the salt water system and we were ready to enjoy. This process took only a few days. We had a great summer in our beautiful pool with no issues. Advantage Pools service staff arrives every week on time. They are very professional and our pool looks great. I have recommended Advantage Pools to all of my family and friends.
