Premier Pools Customer Service is complete dog shit. They make you use this ridiculous app called "GroupMe", yet they don't always respond in there and if you try to text your sales rep personally he will tell you to use GroupMe. During our final clean up, they ran over our cement and scratched the concrete walkway with their tire tracks. After at least a month of me asking for this to be fixed, they sent their horrible concrete company to my house to "fix it." When it didn't get fixed the first time, they sent them out a second time to do the same exact same thing, which again did not fix it. So now I have permanent tire tracks on my walkway leading up to the pool. The concrete company they use is a complete joke, Salas Concrete. Horrible customer service as well and I have been told by a few contractors my concrete looks terrible, as they used a cheap product. Also, our orientation was never complete because we had a warranty issue. I had to call the pool system company myself and have someone come out to fix it, then my pool guy had to show me how to work everything. My sales rep was supposed to come out and do a final walkthrough with us, but I have not heard from him in a month and half. DO NOT MAKE YOUR FINAL PAYMENT UNTIL EVERYTHING IS COMPLETE. Trust me. I paid every payment on time, and was even told by them I am a pleasant customer, but they still lacked complete integrity with me. I will say my pool looks nice, but getting to that point was a nightmare. The owner of this company is completely unprofessional and I'm guessing that's where the issues are coming from. He has no idea how to run a business. I could go on and on, but just do yourself a favor and go with another company. read more

Do not give Premier your money! They are incompetent, they misrepresent their capabilities and fail to communicate. Premier was hired to install a pool and jacuzzi in my backyard. Not only did the installation take SIX weeks longer than quoted, but less than a month after "completion," the pool and jacuzzi are completely unusable due to leaks and dirt. (See the posted pictures on this page.) The water level in the jacuzzi continues to drain on a regular basis due to a malfunction in the spillover. Their is a leak in the pool pipes which has filled the pool with water so dirty, the bottom of the pool is not visible. After several phone calls and emails over a series of weeks, Premier has failed to respond whatsoever. If you're considering using this company, DON'T DO IT!!! read more

This review is for Steve High not the current owner of Premier Pools Mark Sapien. Steve, the then owner of Premier in June of 2015 sold me and was building my pool. (Premier is now owned by Mark Sapien) Its hard to say he was building it because all he really did is collect my money. Those were the only times I heard from him. I regulatory had sub contractors at my house asking me if we had seen Steve as he owed them money. The moral of the sorry is that for several months I did not have a pool in my yard rather a hole in the ground. I don't totally know what happened aside from what I can tell is the Steve screwed allot of people. I finally was able to get in touch with Mark who is now the owner of Premier. While it took a few months Mark was able to complete my project and my family and I finally have the pool we paid for and dreamed of. We are VERY excited about this summer. I can not say enough about Mark!! He is a stand up guy who I think likely took allot of money out of his pocket to do right by me. Our process all started with getting a quote! Chris (one of the owners) quickly responded to our inquiry and came out the very next day to take a look. He gave us some thoughtful design ideas, answered all of our initial questions and gave us a clear price range we could expect if we were going to move forward. We received a link with a 3D design video shortly thereafter. We were immediately ready to move forward and were sure that Premier Pools & Spas was the right fit for us. Any other company could not even come out to give a quote for at least one month. Every step along the process was great. If there were ever any questions or issues, we were able to use an app to contact Chris or Mark. They usually replied sometimes even within hours. They made sure that everything met or exceeded our expectations! We got to go to the showroom to pick all of the colors for tiles, rock, etc. Chris personally came to the site many times throughout the build to make sure things were exactly how we wanted it. The project was completed weeks ahead of schedule, which has allowed for us to swim in our new pool for most of the summer! They had someone come out to give an extensive orientation on the new equipment, how to care for the pool, how to use the wireless controls and answer any questions we had. The end result was more beautiful than we could have imagined and looked exactly like the 3D model we received at the very beginning! We are beyond satisfied with our pool!
