It started with basic design idea on the back of a napkin and turned into The Most Beautiful outdoor kitchen! Way above our wildest dreams. Jason came to our home with a tape measure and some blue painters tape to turn our napkin vision into some real workable dimensions for a custom build. He gave us a really great deal and reasonable expectations for delivery. We went to the showroom and met with Kaitlyn to pick out tiles and that is where the magic happened. Kaitlyn and my fiancé worked beautifully as a team to select the perfect counter-top, back-splash tiles and some stack-stone accents. They really know their business and products. The delivery team arrived 8 weeks later; meeting the original promise made by Jason. The team was professional and careful as they turned the napkin vision into reality. The next day, Eddy the "palapa guy" came to confirm the dimensions for the palapa roof. A couple days later and our outdoor kitchen was completed. Our outdoor kitchen / bbq island is so much more beautiful than I ever could have hoped. I cannot find words to describe how happy we are. Thank you Jason and Kaitlyn from Valley Hot Springs Spas. Roger and the guys were very professional, unloaded our new spa and put it right where we wanted it. They cleaned up all the trash and ran us through what chemicals to add to the spa once we fill it up, after the electric it connected. (hired an electrician) We called that next week to schedule our FREE orientation. 4 days later.... Orientation day!!! Nash was awesome! He walked us through all the spa controls, what chemicals we needed, when to add them how to test the water....general maintenance and care! Full story: So I'm the kind of person that likes to 'do it myself'. I've had an issue with my pool for longer than I care to admit. I tried everything youtube could teach me and paid who knows what over time trying to figure out why my pump wasn't functioning properly. Eric was referred to me by a friend and he came by to have a look. Not only was he nice and professional but he didn't make fun of me for all my failed attempts. He fired the pump up and just listened. Within a few minutes he nailed down the issue. There was an old o-ring that wasn't sealing and air was getting sucked into the pump. Wow. I would NEVER have even thought to check it. He popped the top of the handle off, replaced it, put it back together and BAM! Suction problem fixed. Lesson: Call a pool guy before you waste time and money going through all the possibilities of what the problem 'could be'. They know. Better yet, call this one.

I had broken one of the coupling nuts to my salt cell while taking it off to clean it. The problem was to replace the coupling; there wasn't any room to just cut it off and add another. I went to their store on Saturday looking for help, we buy all our pool supplies from them, after explaining what happened and showing them the pictures and challenges of the repair, they offered some possible solutions and said they would have Bobby call me first thing Monday. Bobby called first thing on Monday and scheduled and made the repair for Tuesday. Bobby knows his stuff and didn't try to up sell or make a bigger deal out of it. I was surprised to learn they have tool that can bore out the old PVC in the joint without too much trouble and cost. Service call is $150.00 plus $60.00 in parts; they only use OEM parts. That might sound expensive, I really didn't think so. Called when he said he would, fixed the system and gone in an hour. I will absolutely use them anytime I need pool service.
